Our server tonight at Kickback Jack's was Trenton. He was very friendly, he told us about the new items on the menu, and he gave us excellent service! He suggested the hot honey chicken sandwich and my husband tried it and really enjoyed it. My flatbread pizza was very good! Trenton checked on us regularly throughout our meal, and we would definitely request him as our server again! The service and food was excellent!

Customer service was great our waiter was amazing, Our food was decent they definitely could have put more work into the presentation and the quality. Another thing about our food they didn’t bring out what was SUPPOSED to be on one of our sandwiches which was quickly fixed by our waiter but then another problem occurred which was in one of our salads.. There was a black ANT in the chicken salad, they took it off our bill which was great but someone (mangers, shift leads, or owner) needs to be talking to the staff in the KITCHEN about cleanliness, sanitation, & actually making sure our food is correct before coming to the table!!!! If I had to rate my experience i’m definitely going to say a 5/10.

I’ve been here a number of times with small groups of friends and had previously decided not to return after a string of poor service experiences. However, we gave it another shot last night in hopes of a redemption round — and I’m glad we did.
The food was consistent with what we’ve come to expect: decent and reasonably priced. But the real standout was our server, Trenton (if I caught his name correctly). From the moment he introduced himself, we felt genuinely prioritized. Our drinks arrived promptly, followed shortly by our meals, and throughout the evening, he struck the perfect balance between attentiveness and giving us space.
Thank you, Trenton, for turning things around and providing us with a great experience.

If you’re looking for a drink, stop somewhere else, the bartenders and Management Are more concerned about cleaning up 3 hours before they close to grab you a beer and pop The top. They’ll literally go out of their way to avoid making eye contact so they don’t have to work. I guess they all have plans tonight and expect Us , me and four Others to sit here and beg For an ultra.

Had a great lunch/dinner here the other night! Our waitress Reese (I hope I spelled it right) was beyond amazing and made sure we had everything we needed plus more. She was kind and courteous and hilarious! Will definitely be back because the food was delicious as well!

This was my first time and I thought it was going to be a mediocre restaurant similar to Buffalo Wild Wings but I was definitely wrong. Everything our party of 8 had was delicious. Everything was spot on for a very busy Saturday night.
