Typical American sports type bar/restaurant. Servers are always nice, it’s quick and efficient to get in eat and get out. Prices are ok. Food is ok. Big screen TVs everywhere and a decent assortment of beers.

Honestly if the person has lost their will to live don’t put them working on taking orders to go or hosting. Worst customer experience yet. We come here since it’s near the house but the girl with the red braids is working the front turn around and go to another place.

Kickback jacks is one of our favorite restaurants but unfortunately we will not be back. They ran out of fried chicken wings so we sprung for the boneless chicken wings. We felt awful afterwards. It wasn't our first time trying the boneless either. The chicken itself was nasty and the sauce was pitiful. So disappointed and turned off. Won't be returning.

So our server Jillian was totally very disappointed with us from the time we sat down. Our table was broken and had to be fixed by the manager with tools if not our beers wld have rolled onto our friends across the table. It’s sad that our waitress had such a problem with us. The food is always good here but we waited on side dishes that never came. Poor Jillian even slid some lemons across the the table to my friend it was very rude. She also rolled her eyes at us several times. Good luck if you sit in her section I served for many years and wld never have treated my customers like she did us. Worst customer experience ever!!

Very dissatisfied with the service. I had to ask 3 different waitresses for a manager before one finally showed up. Our waitress was overwhelmed with our large party. The other wait staff helping her were rude and showed zero response to my request. They should not be allowed in customer service. Each of them walked away and ignored my request, they didn't have decency to bring me silverware or a straw. A manager had to. The waitress did as best she could considering the lack of assistance she had. A LOT of TRAINING is needed. This will no doubt be my LAST visit.

Had a great time for my coworker's farewell dinner. It's a lively sports bar with plenty of TVs and seating. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. The food was delicious, and the portions were generous. It's a great spot to catch a game and enjoy a meal with friends.

Went yesterday order fish and chips, fish was really good and I order another item the Chop Steak the meat was very very salty I can't believe how salty it is...kitchen people please easy on salt.
