Completely messed up my order waited over an hour for two cheese pizzas. I should have drove to the other one in high Point. Instead of helping they tell you to call a 1-800 number.

0 stars absolute worst service continuously canceled my order and would not answer the phone to address why they made us wait 2 hours for a pizza that never showed up. Had multiple dasher text me and say they were waiting for food then they would cancel the order again without an explanation all while children are waiting to eat the pizza that never came.

Check your pizza before leaving. They will sell you an undercooked pizza.

Everything seems to be an hour behind estimated pickup times.

Update: an hour and ten minutes I got a refund and they at least gave me the pizza that had been ready for thirty minutes.

Got my pizza out of the online order warmer..got back to work only to find it was dry and burned looking. I only get 1hr lunch when at work so I didn't have time to go back. The staff needs to do better!

So, on Veteran's day, little Caesars offers the lunch meal to those who severed our country. We arrive at 1140 today, along with about 6 other Veterans, and the guy working there said they don't have any dough made...sorry.
Seriously? Lunch hour, no dough made and on top of that, you didn't prepare for Veteran's day k owing that at least 100 or more Veteran's are excited for the megar handouts they are offered for their sacrifices.

There no way I order off the “hot and ready” menu and i have to wait 45 minutes… never

Have gotten my order wrong 2 times. I ask for cheese puffs and I got peperoni both times.

The last two times we ordered here I had to go to the store to cancel the order since it had been an hour past the estimated prep time. They don't answer the phone. This used to be a good store but now I'll order at any other Little Caesars instead
