Customer service is lacking, food is as expected when your order is actually right.

Would give 0 stars if I could. We’ve tried this place multiple times and try to give them the benefit of the doubt. One time our order was 2 hours behind. The next two times they didn’t even make our order after an hour after ordering it for 5-10 minute pick up time. This time, they give us the wrong order and then when we told them it’s not ours, they tell us to return it and try to give it to the next person in line who’s order it actually was. Once again, our actual order was never made and this is all occurring over 20 minutes after the scheduled pickup time & 1.5 hours after ordering. Needs SERIOUS help. We will be driving to the one 15 minutes away rather than this one if we ever get it again.

Bad customer service hey, show me two time and when I coming back to take my order, he told me you have to pay again and the manager she’s inside. I tried to talk to her, but she doesn’t want to talk to me and give me my money back. I’m not coming back here again.

To me the pizza didnt really have any flavor. The service was awesome and they were fast and courteous

I am dissatisfied with this location (Wendover, Greensboro). I ordered from work on the App. However, it took 40 minutes to receive my pizza. That is unacceptable. This is not the first time. In the future I will be driving to a LC farther away as I know that they are always prompt at that location.

The staff seemed overwhelmed due to that. They preformed horribly under the stress.
I had placed an phone order 50min before getting my food. When i came in to pay it took them 10min to come to the counter which I was not upset about because I could tell these 3 ladys were trying. I paid and sat down. 20min goes by so I come back to the register. The lady that came up had a slight attitude. I give her my name and watch he pick my food off a shelf. It has been sitting there the entire time. No heat. Just a cold shelf my food was sitting on for over 30 min. Its time this store makes some changes. I understand feeling overwhelmed but taking it out on customers and give horrible customer service in return is NOT OKAY. PLEASE employees if you even care to read these. When you are overwhelmed take a step back tell ur customers you are working on the orders and get to it. Communicating is important. Please just be kind. I was kind to you!

The staff were very rude and ignored me for 15min while I was waiting at the counter to place my order. They weren't busy and I was the only customer in the store

Ordered a deep dish ultimate supreme pizza and it took 30 minutes before it was ready. Also the code machine where we are supposed to get the pizza from was broken. Then when i opened the pizza box, my pizza was missing pepperoni, onions, and green peppers.

We ordered veggie pizza however ot tastes like plain bread they put less cheese . I asked them about cheese quantity and the response from them is not fair

Worst little ceasers experience of my life, ordered ahead 30 min away, and still spent over an hour in the parking lot waiting for 1 pep, 1 meat lovers, and crazy bread. I know this last part isn't their fault, but my kid was literally screaming in the car at the top of his lungs (Pizza!!!!! Where is the Pizza!!!!!) ... he's 4. I would rather eat the pizza from the near abandoned pizza hut in every town than ever eat here again

The food was good and fresh. However, the service was horrible. The guy at the register had a mean and aggressive attitude, and he berated an elderly man and his wife. He was extremely disrespectful. I wish I had gotten his name because I will definitely post it. I fact I will do just that soon as I get his name the next time I visit.
