I think today was a really bad day for them — it was total chaos, and the staff kept saying the manager was on the way. After reading previous reviews, it seems this place has been struggling for a while. Clearly, there’s poor management and possibly not enough staff. I’ve bought food from here before, but this time people were even leaving with incomplete orders. I honestly feel bad for the employees — they seem to be under a lot of pressure. The real issue lies with the owner or investors who need to step up and fix this.

Complete chaos, and severely understaffed. You cannot cancel online or mobile orders unless you go to the store which was filled with customers that were angry and asking for refunds. 2 hours for $20 worth of food, that was still in queue to be cooked. There were so many disappointed and frustrated customers, I honestly felt bad for all of us.

Terrible franchisee location with zero management or care, as well as disrespectful operations from Little Caesars in general when trying to complain or get a refund.

Ordered pizza over 30 minutes ago. Tried to call store but its a call center for ordering and was disconnected 7 times. Poor service. Will not order again. Should have called Domino's or Pizza Hut

I wish I could give this place a 0!!!! How is this location still even open..I placed my order at 735pm was told I'm the app it would be ready by 818pm. Long story short I ended up leaving and going to. Main St to get my food and it was 9pm before I got the e.ail stating my food was just put in the pizza portal for pickup. 2 people working that night neither of which moved any kind of speed other than snail. I was refused to refund so I called corporate and I'm currently still waiting on my money. Don't waste your time coming here go to the location on North main in High Point. DISCRACE and shame on whoever owns this place.

The skinniest, flattest, and burnt crazy bread I’ve ever seen. I was giving this location another chance after once getting half sticks and most recently, soured crazy sauce. Never again unfortunately because I do enjoy some crazy bread. And what’s up with only filling the sauce a quarter of the way??

This location constantly is understaffed and takes FOREVER. The people who work here do not care and move at the speed of slow. It's like it's intentional. I have worked food service, I get how it can be, but waiting over an hour for pizzas where half of it is premade is RIDICULOUS.

Generally, they are understaffed but this last time I went was miserable. Waited over an hour for my order TO GO INTO THE OVEN. The manager in duty, said she cant issue refunds or cancel online orders even if they were placed rhough the Little Caesars app. I spent over $35... and in this economy.. tuh thats a lil change so I didn't want it to go down the drain. Forced to wait and STILL waiting.

Order in advance, beware you can not cancel, oh and they dont use gloves :/

Make sure you order way in advance or have at least 45 mins to spare when ordering in person. This location seems to always have only 1-2 people working. The line is always long and the pizza is never ready in a timely manner. Employees don’t seem to have a care in the world about the growing line.

Their management is terrible and rude to the customers he doesn't even acknowledge people when they come in the door. And then you left their feeling at Mercy of a pizza shop to get your food

Placed a pick up order and was told it would be ready within 10 minutes. Once I arrived , I waited an additional 20+ minutes for my food. Employee was not communicative or kind although she did offer a 20 oz drink for my wait. I got home to horribly made food. Looks nothing like the advertisements. Will never order from this location again.
