Little Caesars Pizza

Their management is terrible and rude to the customers he doesn't even acknowledge people when they come in the door. And then you left their feeling at Mercy of a pizza shop to get your food

Placed a pick up order and was told it would be ready within 10 minutes. Once I arrived , I waited an additional 20+ minutes for my food. Employee was not communicative or kind although she did offer a 20 oz drink for my wait. I got home to horribly made food. Looks nothing like the advertisements. Will never order from this location again.

Trash service and lazy workers. Every time I go in to pick up a delivery, there's ONE person making pizzas, ONE person cutting and boxing, and everyone else on their phones or standing there eating. It's like they only cook one pizza at a time. And they never greet you.

I waited 20mins for a doordash order and they tell me the system is down and they dnt have my order.

The customer service was awful. I walked in and I stood there for a few minutes before someone finally came from the back. He saw me standing there and never acknowledged me. He went back to the back. After a few more minutes I decided that I needed to take my business somewhere else. This is the third and last time I will try to patronize this business. Every time I have been there it is always empty. If the customer service gets better the profits would go through the roof!!

Food tasted like it had been sitting for a while and the sauce tasted almost spoiled. The employee was super nice though!

Completely messed up my order waited over an hour for two cheese pizzas. I should have drove to the other one in high Point. Instead of helping they tell you to call a 1-800 number.

0 stars absolute worst service continuously canceled my order and would not answer the phone to address why they made us wait 2 hours for a pizza that never showed up. Had multiple dasher text me and say they were waiting for food then they would cancel the order again without an explanation all while children are waiting to eat the pizza that never came.

Check your pizza before leaving. They will sell you an undercooked pizza.

Everything seems to be an hour behind estimated pickup times.

Update: an hour and ten minutes I got a refund and they at least gave me the pizza that had been ready for thirty minutes.

Got my pizza out of the online order warmer..got back to work only to find it was dry and burned looking. I only get 1hr lunch when at work so I didn't have time to go back. The staff needs to do better!
