Worst experience of my life at a McDonald's. I went through the drive thru and waited over 25 minutes for 1 simple sandwich. Management here must be horrible. If I could give negative stars, I would. There is no excuse for this type of service I suggest avoiding this place. I know that I will never come back here again.

I am done with wasting my money here. This is the second time they have messed up my sandwich. They would not want to eat what they serve. Ordered the special golden sauce bacon chicken deluxe, not having the bacon on it was the least of it's problem. I'll take the drive to the McDonald's in High Point by the Palladium than come to this one and I live close to it. Done with this McDonald's. They just stop trying, forget caring just even trying. One showing what I got versus what it should at least make an attempt to look like. I didn't feel like wasting gas to go back.

They are so rude. I just wanted to order food and they are quiet and sighing the whole time, eyes rolling and everything. This is the first time that happened so i hope this doesnt happen again.
Rude, rude, disrespectful talking about cars waiting while I was standing waiting. Had me wait over 10 mins for second order while other order in car and was determined to charge me for an extra syrup on my big breakfast meal. I told them ASAP I didnāt want 2 so I asked for $1.00 refund. She only returned $.53 cent. Now I have to go back they donāt apologize and seem agitated with their job. I will never eat here bypass this location if you donāt want disappointments.

I got the hot fudge Sunday with extra fudge. The cap had a small amount of icecream in it. For almost $4 this is ridiculous!

I see a lot of reviews that arenāt so great but I want to speak on my experience. So I normally go to this location after picking up my daughter from work around 11-11:30 pm. Itās an african american Mgr that works the night shift is such a sweet heart and she always has great customer service and our order is always hot and on point. I donāt know her name and I hope she sees this thank you so much for your kindness and always making sure our food is on point!

I went through the drive-thru , the person who took my order was professional and nice. Now I requested fresh fries meaning cook to order as it stated on my receipt. I get to the window to receive my items, the man their donāt say not one word to me just handed me my 3 items. Now Iām checking my fries and they are old and warm, not at all what I asked for. So I tell the gentleman āI requested fresh friesā handed it back to him, he didnāt say anything back. Came back in 2 mins to give me the same old and nasty fries, I ended up throwing them away when I left the establishment because at no point did anyone want to make my order properly, even when I had say something about it. So 0/10 because itās pretty evident nobody in there cares about request and they arenāt throwing their fries out in a timely manner like theyāre suppose to.
Manager is rude and hoards the sweet tea !
