I went through the drive-thru , the person who took my order was professional and nice. Now I requested fresh fries meaning cook to order as it stated on my receipt. I get to the window to receive my items, the man their don’t say not one word to me just handed me my 3 items. Now
I’m checking my fries and they are old and warm, not at all what I asked for. So I tell the gentleman “I requested fresh fries” handed it back to him, he didn’t say anything back. Came back in 2 mins to give me the same old and nasty fries, I ended up throwing them away when I left the establishment because at no point did anyone want to make my order properly, even when I had say something about it. So 0/10 because it’s pretty evident nobody in there cares about request and they aren’t throwing their fries out in a timely manner like they’re suppose to.

I have never witnessed the nastiest attitude at 4:15am on Tuesday May 13th ever in my life ! The black lady working the window was very rude & had the nerve to rush us while ordering ! Chick-fil-A would never allow this & that’s why they are known for their stellar customer service ! To the lady working during the week on the headset around 4am perhaps you need another job if you have this one sooo much !
The food was cold and burgers and pies appeared to be old no sauce for my cold nuggets fries not very disappointing
App worked great. People friendly. Coffee and hashbrown great. I ordered a mcgriddle. Halfway to work, i had a biscuit.

Quick friendly service through the Drive Thru. They served me a cold Mocha first, but on request they gave me a hot one and let me keep the cold one too!

This location is constantly serving old food. McDonald's really needs to get a crew in there that actually cares.
I am constantly being parked and today was no different. There were no cars in line and it took 8 minutes for them to bring me two double cheeseburgers. Do better.
Just ordered only 2 double cheeseburgers in the drive through and it took 15 minutes to get my food that wasnt even hot

I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent visit to your store. The experience I had on 02/08/2025 at the 35380 left much to be desired.
Firstly, I ordered a McDouble, but it was not included in my order when I got home. When I attempted to pay with my gift card, the cashier mistakenly charged my debit card instead. This error was not addressed at the time, and I found it quite frustrating. Additionally, the service was very slow, and it took an unusually long time to receive my order.
To make matters worse, when I called the store to report these issues, no one answered the phone despite multiple attempts. This lack of responsiveness only compounded my frustration with the entire experience.
I understand that mistakes can happen, but I hope this feedback will be taken seriously. I look forward to your response and a resolution to these issues.

I came here to order just a double cheeseburger and a large fry last night at 10pm. Their was a caucasian employee or manager at the window but the fries was re dipped in oil to make them appear hot ( I know this because I’ve worked fast food and done my personal orders this way when I didn’t feel like waiting on fresh fries but this is unacceptable for a paying customer. I could’ve literally squeezed grease out of the fries like water.
Very clean, great customer service
The cashier was super friendly and helpful! The iced coffee & apple pie were great!
