Incredibly slow. I forgot how slow this location is. I ordered ahead and am still parked at my pickup spot 20 minutes later. There is nobody in line. Nobody waiting. Never again.

I stopped by came for lunch with my daughter. We were on a time crunch so we pulled up and ordered at the drive-through. There were a couple other cars in line but thankfully the food was out within five minutes. My daughter said everything tasted fresh but the fries could've used a little more salt. My daughter said the staff are really friendly there when ordering and receiving our food.

This location is always friendly helpful and speedy. It's always clean even if you look back over the counter into the kitchen area. The staff has a positive attitude you always see them smiling. They have never served cold fries they always get the order right even when it's customized. And because of its location I've never had to wait in a long line. But please fix your second kiosk. In the meantime I take pleasure in knowing that the staff will step up and take an order when the working kiosk is occupied.This is an edit to my review. I just want to continue saying that this location never fails. Even the bathrooms are always clean. Parking lot is usually clean the staff is attentive. I never see them standing around doing absolutely nothing never. Everything is always prepared correctly always served fresh. Keep up the great work folks. keep up the great work

One of the workers here wears a really strong perfume (or some sort of fragrance) on or near her hands. The past two times I've ordered here (drive thru), she has bagged my food and I could smell the fragrance all over everything as soon as I got it. The smell was instantly in my car, on the bag, in the fry container, on my cup and lid, on the burger wrapper/container, on the ketchup. Everything.The first time I could barely get through eating the food, but thought it was only in the bag and not on everything else. The second time I went in and got my food remade and figured out who it was. While the manager never got involved, she was on the side seemingly getting irritated WITH ME about my irritation with perfume on MY FOOD. I'm sure the food would've been fine without that smell.

Absolute brain dead service. Ordered hamburgers … received cheeseburgers… reordered hamburgers again, received cheeseburgers again. You want $15/hr but can’t even follow basic instructions. Will be doing chargebacks for both orders. Shameful “service”.
