Mrs Winners Chicken & Biscuits

My order was messed up and I called the store within minutes. The manager admitted that he gave me a steak and cheese biscuit rather than a sausage and cheese biscuit. I got the combo. The hashbrowns were drenched in oil. Nevertheless, my meal was supposed to be replaced. I probably went a week later for the replacement. The biscuit was hard and looked different from the other day. The manager did not melt the cheese. No worries. I inquired about the hashbrowns and he did not want to replace that or the drink but he did. For my inconvenience everything should have been replaced! If my order was made correctly there would have been no reason to replace anything. So as it relates to the replacement it was inedible. The sausage was not fresh and had been sitting. Cold cheese and a hard biscuit made it worst. The drink and two bites of the hashbrown got me through. The manager made me feel like an inconvenience.

Love this place. Especially the location in Jamestown NC. They're always so nice and accommodating. They give better service here than Duck Donuts in High Point lol.

I have been coming to this location for over 3 years, love the location and the food is usually good. And I loved the morning crew here.this morning I was just ignored in the drive through after waiting 10 minuets I had to leave since I had to get breakfast before starting work. Insult to injury there were 3 people standing around inside doing nothing when I drove by. I hate this but I'll have to think about changing my regular morning breakfast spot if this keeps up

Order was incorrectly taken and was redone without error but first cashier was Totally Rude only took money and rolled eyes sorry a he felt that way over wing

No dine in on sundays. Not cool. Went up to door around 1pm door locked no sign on the door? Whats up with that. Then a few minutes later they let a another customer inside to eat.

Chicken breast was bland and had been held too long. Biscuit was hard as a rock. Dumped all in trash

I visited the Randleman Road location today when I pulled up to the drive thru all I can say to 10 thumbs up to Adawn (I hope I spelled her name right) the associate who took my order. She was great, pleasant and very willing to take my order. The chicken was hot and fresh the only thing is I love coleslaw and I always continue to order it hoping one day someone would have made it to my liking, it was and is always a little dry for me no juice and no taste and I never care for the biscuits anyway. But again yhe staff was awesome I will definitely return for the chicken.

Just started going there and glad I did they have a very unique taste

Because of rude manager over a senior tea you have lost 3 families from eating there. Hope it was worth a tea that cost less than a nickel to make.

Just want say I had a great experience there with food customer service from Anja and also the Manager on Duty they had fresh food and gave me and my family a great dinner it was so good we came back around for a ten piece ? and biscuits great staff!! Will be returning soon.

Mrs Winners’ chicken is really good! The oil does not taste old. I also love the chicken and dumplings! Get the large size so you’ll have enough to enjoy. The ice tea is never without ice. The employees are always friendly and they do not mess up my order.

I love this place! I come here a few times a week for a coffee and chicken biscuit and am never disappointed. So so good! And the lady who usually works the drive thru in the early AM is the absolute BEST! She always makes me smile and has a wonderful energy about her.
