Great prices, huge portion. got the hibachi chicken, came with a very generous serving of chicken, lots of yummy fried rice, and a whole bunch of vegetables. easily enough food for two good size meals, very good value.

I tried to make a pickup order and was so difficult to make it the lady that answered did not understand me and she was trying to take orders from two other people while trying to take my order so she was trying to take three orders at the same time and she did not pay no attention to me

A cute little shop in a nice shopping center. I’ve never had a bad meal from this place. Everytime I come in, the sweet lady at the front greets me with a smile on her face and is very helpful if you have questions. Their portions are huge, I’m a guy that eats a lot and often has to order 2 things, but just 1 plate in this menu will fill you up. Really love the food and the staff.

Nice little place and quick staff, but the food was pretty mid. Overcooked rice, lean beef, watery sauce. Good for the price I guess, but not for those after great hibachi

Really good. I got the teriyaki chicken bowl and hibachi vegetable bowl. Both had large portions. The food was ready quick and staff was nice.

Unfortunately this was my first time here and will be my last! The worst hibachi I’ve ever had. I’ll continue supporting sushi kingdom where the hibachi is top tier. I spent $15 on shrimp hibachi and a shrimp egg roll and wasn’t able to even finish half of my food.

Osaka is one of those hole in the wall places that just SMACKS.
The best hibachi steak in Greensboro. And the crab rangoons are phenomenal. And very well priced for the amount of food. 1000% recommend to anyone looking. And the owner Is a sweet lady and very appreciative of business.

I actually ended up at Osaka by accident—I thought I was ordering from my usual Japanese spot. When I realized my mistake, I decided to give them a try anyway, and I’m so glad I did!

From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt warm, friendly, and very family-oriented. But the real surprise came when my food arrived—WOW. The noodles, rice, steak, and chicken were all cooked to perfection. Every bite was flavorful and satisfying.

What started as a mix-up turned into one of the best dining experiences I’ve had. Osaka completely won me over, and I can honestly say I’ve found my new favorite Japanese restaurant.

I have eaten here on multiple occasions and things have been just fine. Unfortunately, tonight I understand some of the one star reviews. The Son took my order and mistakenly put down shrimp roll instead of spring roll. I ordered teriyaki chicken, a spring roll, and a side salad. How in the world was I charged $15 for 2 cups of rice and seven shrimp? My suggestion would be check your order before you walk out the door. The owner/Cook is excellent at the preparations, but he’s only as good as what he’s told to prepare. I’m not sure if I will ever be back.

I am writing to express my serious concern regarding a recent experience with your customer service.

My husband ordered a Spring Roll, but the order was mistakenly entered as a Shrimp Roll. As he is allergic to shrimp, this error was particularly troubling. Please note he did eat some of the roll and his mouth began itching. Thankfully, he caught it before eating the entire roll. After discovering the mistake, he returned to the counter to inform the staff. Unfortunately, the response from the employee was dismissive and lacked any form of apology or concern.

Given the potential seriousness of this situation, I am deeply disappointed by the lack of empathy shown. If there had been any adverse effects due to this mistake, it would have led to a far more serious outcome.

I urge you to address this issue with your team to ensure better customer service and attention to such matters in the future. It is crucial for staff to demonstrate concern and provide appropriate responses when errors occur.

The lady that takes your order behind the counter has a NASTY attitude, I would never recommend anyone to this establishment with such poor quality service and food. Tonight she literally got into an argument with me because my daughter wanted EXTRA duck sauce for her food! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TRASH AND YOU DON'T GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!!!!!!
