I have eaten here on multiple occasions and things have been just fine. Unfortunately, tonight I understand some of the one star reviews. The Son took my order and mistakenly put down shrimp roll instead of spring roll. I ordered teriyaki chicken, a spring roll, and a side salad. How in the world was I charged $15 for 2 cups of rice and seven shrimp? My suggestion would be check your order before you walk out the door. The owner/Cook is excellent at the preparations, but he’s only as good as what he’s told to prepare. I’m not sure if I will ever be back.

I love my order the chicken steak and shrimp. The steak cooked perfect and the teriyaki sauce tastes great.the shrimp tastes crispy. I love the whole meal. I will order it forever.

I am writing to express my serious concern regarding a recent experience with your customer service.

My husband ordered a Spring Roll, but the order was mistakenly entered as a Shrimp Roll. As he is allergic to shrimp, this error was particularly troubling. Please note he did eat some of the roll and his mouth began itching. Thankfully, he caught it before eating the entire roll. After discovering the mistake, he returned to the counter to inform the staff. Unfortunately, the response from the employee was dismissive and lacked any form of apology or concern.

Given the potential seriousness of this situation, I am deeply disappointed by the lack of empathy shown. If there had been any adverse effects due to this mistake, it would have led to a far more serious outcome.

I urge you to address this issue with your team to ensure better customer service and attention to such matters in the future. It is crucial for staff to demonstrate concern and provide appropriate responses when errors occur.

So much of EVERYTHING!!! Habachi , wings, egg roll, the best Asian foods in the town. Everything all great and fresh! Special the service is super friendly. The value of this place is insane. I'd definitely return and recommend

The lady that takes your order behind the counter has a NASTY attitude, I would never recommend anyone to this establishment with such poor quality service and food. Tonight she literally got into an argument with me because my daughter wanted EXTRA duck sauce for her food! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TRASH AND YOU DON'T GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!!!!!!

This is a restaurant that I've ate from on several occasions and the food was good. Today I went to get a bowl of RAMEN and left with a cup of instant onion broth and a container full of chicken lo mein noodles. This was a complete waste of my money. I need soup for my sore throat. I will never return due to this false menu item.

Was hoping to try this place tonight. After inquiring on my meal after a wait (I did recognize they were busy) they determined they gave my order away and gave no accommodation. I asked for a refund and left.

My husband and I just took a chance one late afternoon while in that area on this Japanese restaurant. Well it was SO good we go back almost once a week. We live 15 miles from there but do not mind the driving to get great food. The owner is very nice, reasonable pricing and you get a good amount of food. And it's delicious!! To the woman who commented on the owners son running the front end. I grew up working at my father's business starting at 10 years old. There is absolutely nothing wrong with teaching your children entrepreneurship. I learned early on to work for a living and how to run a business and give customer service. I applaud this family for teaching their children life skills and one day this young man will more than likely own his own business.

So delicious and not that expensive for food nowadays. Genuinely some of the best fast Asian cuisine I have ever had but especially in the Triad. There are not many seats (1 table to be exact) but it honestly is worth eating in there if you are able to. I love that style of restaurant. The only thing is A) it's off of Wendover and B) I dislike when restaurants don't even have cups for water, only purchasable drinks. Otherwise, it is great and the owner/main attendant is incredibly nice.

The food is always good, HOWEVER, having a the little boy, who looks no more than 10, answer phones and take orders up front isn't a good idea. He's a child and the mom and sometimes dad are the ones cooking, meanwhile the 10 year olds customer service skills can be a bit off putting if it's your 1st time there. He's just a kid so I wouldn't expect him to have superb customer service. A little annoying as the consumer to have to come in and deal with that .
