Yall, when I say this is the best Ramen, it is! I get the spicy tonkatsu and Charlotte Ramen hasn't even beat this. Their poke bowl and tea are equally as deserving for a 5 star as well.
I am Japanese, and I thought the ramen was the closest to the taste of Japanese ramen in Greensboro. Other ramen shops have lukewarm soup and bland taste, but here I felt like I was eating Japanese ramen.
I've been here twice and one time with my family and the another with my bf, I'm vegetarian and I was surprised to see tofu as a protein option most places I go don't have it. Both my family and bf loved the ramen especially the Tonkotsu ramen, and I really liked the tomato one.
