Service by the bar was great. The food however was just ok. Wife got the fried platter and it unfortunately got sent to the wrong table? They tried to make up for it but it was straight grease. Oysters were fried to death, fish could be rung out like a rag it was so oily, but shrimp was good. The plate itself lacked any seasoning. I got the Jamaican me crazy and the steak n shrimp were great. Don't know if it was an off night or what. Just wasn't wow on both sides...
Went there today with my mom and we did the spicy oyster challenge thing they have and it was tough, but we got our free T-shirt's…… but hours after you will still feel the pain…. If you know what I mean. But other wise the food was great. Service could have been a bit better but we were there during the shift change time so I’m taking that into consideration. We will def be back…. Not to do the challenge but to eat the regular food.
After being at fullmoon oyster bar in NC everything else seems like a wannabe when it comes to the alligator crayfish cheesecake ...
