Stopped for a quick lunch. The friendliest atmosphere. Everything was very clean. The food was out quickly, full service, and delicious. I had a BBQ combo and for dessert the stewed apples. I have to say these apple are by far the best I have ever had in my life. I've always been a big pie fan and apple desserts. These were just apples, no crumple, no pie and incredible!

There’s clearly something special about this place and the employees there. We found ourselves wishing we lived nearby so we could visit more often. Excellent BBQ! You can’t beat the price!

Found this gem on the way home from the Outer Banks. When we didn’t have cash (and the atm was down) to pay for food and we were about to find a different lunch spot, they insisted we order and eat and figure out the payment later. I’m glad we got to stay and eat because their food was delicious and their staff was incredibly kind! Definitely worth the stop, and will become a roadtrip lunch stop to and from the Outer Banks!
