Did an online order. No tip because it's to-go order . I get asked by the guy at pickup 'would you like to leave a tip tonight'? If I wanted to tip I would have done so when online.
I don't need to be asked about leaving a tip for a to-go order. This tipping culture is nuts. It was my first and last pizza from here. What service was provided to me to warrant a tip other than handing it over thr counter to me?

Placed an online delivery order at 5:29. Estimated delivery was 5:59. I called at 6:45 to find out they cancelled my order. A simple phone call would’ve been nice. Where’s the common sense here?!?!

We liked going here and sitting inside and would get something with the salad bar. But since they went to shredded iceberg lettuce that would be okay for tacos but not a nice salad that we just order takeout. The rest of the salad bar is great.

Thin and crispy pizza was burnt and cold. Everything on it was dried out and not edible. Couldn't find any sauce on it. Not worth the $12 that I paid.

This establishment is truly remarkable. We had an unusual request, and the manager graciously accommodated our needs. The staff members were exceptionally courteous and professional, even when dealing with a particularly challenging customer. My husband and I were visiting the area to celebrate our 41st wedding anniversary and were seeking a relaxing experience. We were just a few miles away, so we stopped in.im very glad we did.If we ever have the opportunity to return, we will undoubtedly revisit this establishment.

I loved come in here but not after the last visit I will never come back here again because the waitress had a bad attitude? and they take too long to make the Pizza and it was just me and my familythere!!!? Anything can out pizza this hut

Put in a delivery order for wings and cheesesticks an hour and 20 minutes later I still hadn't received the order. I called and they had a no show delivery driver (they were using a doordash driver). The reason I was given I didn't get a call letting me know from Pizza Hut was that is was the Doordashers place to call me. WHAT?!?! Thats crazy, they are the business I ordered from. If the Doordasher doesn't care to show, they aren't going to call the customers. This is the second time this has happened at the Jefferson, NC location. They will never get my money ever again!!
