Absolute ridiculous tried calling a bunch of times and every time they would send me and it was just stay on the automotive thing if you can't respect your customers enough to answer the phone and eventually answer them you don't deserve to be in business you should just go ahead and close your doors and another thing why in the world don't these restaurants put the freaking prices of food in the price of the buffet on the damn menu you got to call him and ask him when the hours are they don't ever post it on none of the websites do better Pizza Hut or do us a favor and go out of business absolutely ridiculous

They NEVER answer the phone you have to order with the app and if you have an issue with the app the call center sends you back to the store who NEVER answers the phone!! Waste of Time and money

Very outdated restaurant. Extremely cold, not sure if heat was on the fritz. Pizza hut used to be the best place for pizza, sadly it isn't anymore. Overpriced gor the quality of food as well.

We came & ordered the buffet. The salad bar was the worst I have ever seen. The vegetables were old & gross. The cucumbers, peppers, cauliflower & broccoli were actually wet from age or being frozen. The carrots were so soft they didn't crunch at all. Honestly, it was just repulsive. We had to wait 20 minutes on pizza & it was just ok. Probably won't be going back.

No deep fried foods. No bbq on the bbq chicken pizza. Ran out of tea with 5 total guest. Never eating here again

We arrived at the restaurant at 8pm. The sign said the buffet closed at 8 restaurant closed at 10. When we entered the lady asked if we were dining in or take out. We told her dining in. We sat down. We were the only ones there. She took our drink orders and didn't bring menus until after bringing our drinks. Another couple came in and she told them the dining room was closed that we had seated ourselves. The other couple was allowed to eat too. When she brought our pizzas out my husband asked her about the dining room being closed because the sign outside said they closed at 10. She said the dining room closes at 8 when they are short handed. So how were we to know they were short handed? They should have locked the doors or changed their sign. We will not be back!

It's been awhile since we at there, probably about three years. Sorry to say I'm disappointed, the pizza didn't have any sause or mozzarella cheese. Too many olives, green peppers where in chunks, ordered a pan pizza, don't know what this was, however, it definitely wasn't a pan pizza that we usely get. Flavor wasn't too bad.

Took some of my family here to eat after a funeral service since he has picky kids, but they love pizza. It was really good! Most sit down pizza huts don't exist anymore, but this one in Jefferson has remained the same for years! Our pizzas came out fast and they were great! Our waitress was very nice and checked on us regularly. I will return here next time I'm in town!

Takes me back to the old Pizza Hut, they havent renovated it to the new version of pizza hut. The pizza and cheese sticks were amazing, Bryan was a good server and we well taken care of. Thank you for a good experience.
I ORDERED A LARGE ORDER TONIGHT 61.83 and the delivery driver which was not a pizza hut employee called me to say , their cheese had expired for the sub sandwich and then when I said just leave the cheese off, they said oh we’re out of all of the ingredients for the sandwich, now remember what I just said not a Pizza Hut employee called me but the Uber driver, I am not one to complain about a business, but I will no longer be using Pizza Hut in Jefferson, North Carolina, and for God sakes Do not use delivery because you do not know what you will end up with my pizza order is now 42 minutes out when the computer said 20 minutes till delivered
