I stopped in after the dinner rush. The staff was cleaning up and from the time I ordered till I walk out with my food it was clean. Everyone was friendly

I asked for buffalo sauce at the window and was told pretty rudely, that I should ask for sauce at the speaker next time, as if it was a big inconvenience. On top of that, I didn’t even receive the correct sauce. I’m not sure if it was a mistake or intentional, but either way it was disappointing. Customer service could definitely be better.

Place was clean, seemed pretty stingy with their meat on the French dip. Least amount of meat I've seen on any Sammy of all the Arby's I've been to. Pricey for a meat skimpy sandwich

Braxton the manager was BARE HANDLING my food. I Asked for my food to be remade with two gloves on. He had a huge issue with that. Still continued to make my order with the same food he had his nasty bare hands on. Had to get somebody to tell him again to remake my whole order with clean gloves and he freaked out. Kept slamming and throwing my food and other items around. While I’m watching this , my oldest child is watching around me and notices that the other MANGER JENNY obviously has a problem with me SIMPLY ASKING FOR CLEAN GLOVES AND CLEAN FOOD, she was giving me dirty looks when I wasn’t looking her way. Nasty behavior and terrible customer service. This place shouldn’t have 4stars. It’s sad that not many people know that he doesn’t wear gloves or wash his hands before handling food.
Walked back in after to see what he looked like , just stood there and waited watching and saw him with gloves on , go to the back and pick up his personal milkshake and phone and started drinking his drink and using his phone , then after a few seconds of that, he went to then make somebody’s order that popped up on the screen and he didn’t change his gloves or wash his hands. That is absolutely disgusting. Getting people sick and HES A MANAGER. calling corporate on this place.

Drive through order. Nothing but scraps of CURLY fries, literally one was curly and they were cold hard and bland. Mozzarella sticks were not even slightly melted, cold in the middle. Brisket was completely dried out and chewy/tough, Barely any sauce or fried onions on brisket sandwich. For the ridiculous prices, you could at least try to serve halfway decent food. Almost everything went in the trash when I got home. Terrible waste of money.

Arby's has great food and fast service. We ordered on the app, and five minutes later it was already waiting on us. The dining area was spacious and clean. Be sure to ring the bell as you leave if your experience was as stellar as ours!
