PLEASE READ***** I would really love for the owner to see this. 3/28/24 at 6:20 pick up at 7, called at 7:20. We placed an order for a couple of different things. We ordered according to what the menu items said they were made with. One of the items I ordered was tacos al pastor. I have ordered and dined in here MANY TIMES and have eaten tacos al pastor almost every time. The tacos al pastor are meat, raw onions and cilantro. I specially asked for no onions. What we got was tortillas with some type of meat (not the meat that is usually on it), grilled onions and pineapples?!?! When I called to let them know that they probably still had the food from our order; the girl on the phone was EXTREMELY rude, doubled down and said that this was how they were made, even though the menu said they were made with onions and cilantro. This is NEVER how tacos al pastor are made ANYWHERE. Either the menu needs to be updated or they need to be more careful about what they are handing out. They could get themselves a lawsuit if someone had a food allergy and their order had that food in it. There were other items that were wrong but I was the most upset about the tacos as I am not able to eat onions. I am very specific when I order to avoid having to pick them out. If the girl I spoke to would have at the very least apologized I would come back but she made an already upsetting situation so much worse. I will let everyone I know not to eat here unless they want terrible customer service and the wrong food.

This place is delicious. Better than the mexican i get living in charlotte. Spicy margaritas are delicious!! Food is fresh and excellent service. Really good interior and bar also. Nice outdoor seating

Very impressed on quality of the food! The food was hot fresh and extremely tasty. Staff is wonderful and polite. I am very picky when it comes to mexican restaurants. Everything (service, food, atmosphere, and staff) is spot on. I will definitely be coming back as a regular customer here. This is a must try if you are looking for mexican food in the area.

I had a taco and enchilada combo plate. Tacos were good, but use off the shelf hard taco shells unless you want to pay extra. Taste was good. Comes with rice and beans, both good.y wife had asada street tacos, also with rice and beans. They really piled the meat up on her tacos. She said the favored was good.The young lady that served us (Denice) had excellent manners and took good care of us.Parking: Clearly marked, easy to get into the restaurant.Wheelchair accessibility: It would be easy to get into and around the restaurant. Restrooms are big enough.

We had a great time at this restaurant.. the bar was outstanding especially the 32 oz. dos Equis on draft. We became fast friends with the owners and staff. I love The grandfather's collection of Mexican wrestling masks! This is the best Mexican restaurant I've ever been to... They are also dog friendly they allowed our boxer baby to come inside for a short while! Next time we are back in the area we will go out of our way to see our friends who owns and work at this restaurant...

I was reluctant to try this place due to the negative reviews but everything went well. We were seated shortly, the waitress made sure our drinks were refilled and let us know the food was taking a little while longer due to computer issue, apologized for the wait and offered more chips while we waited. She communicated with us well which is great customer service. She turned what could have been a 3 star review into a five. The food was great also. We dined on a Wednesday evening.
