This is the FIRST TIME in months our order was actually correct, but it took him having to all but have words with them to make sure we got what we ordered. If you go here go early in the morning. Mya and her shift is wonderful you won't leave disappointed. But if it ain't 6am honey don't go.

People must be stupid to go to a place like this and pay for the experience they get from it, how dumb is that? Have passed this place dozens of times but last night was the first time I ever went there. Got three sandwiches and an order of fries from the drive-through and it was pennies shy of $25. Their mistake I only got two sandwiches and an order of fries. Good thing I’ve learned to check my bag from a place like this and one of the sandwiches was missing. This must be how they subsidize their way too much per hour work pay. Bringing your food and delivering it to you Over a rail while you’re waiting in the number one position of the drive-through lane is very inviting. After checking and finding a sandwich missing, I cut the car off and went into the restaurant. I said to the girl working that this was why I totally despise McDonald’s. Her reply was sorry about that.! I asked her to look at the receipt and check the bag and see if there was anything missing. she said oh yes you’re missing a chicken deluxe sandwich and went straight to the back and brought it straight out. I don’t recommend that you buy food at this place because it is not very good loaded with salt and they should give away free water with the meal because of the dry mouth that you will have after you try to eat it. Looks are deceiving and the price of tickets for this zoo should be half price!

Absolute disaster in here. Ordered and got food 20 minutes later after being ignored at the counter for 10 minutes. Fries were half filled and when i asked about it they said “sorry we need to make more”. No problem just charge me half price. Not one piece of cheese was actually on the burger they were all off the side in the carton. Insanity

Grizzly my dog has to have small hamburger patties from McDonalds. They are cheap and makes a great meal for him. Quick in and out. If you're a vegetarian or on a diet this place is not for you.

I had to move forward and wait 15 minutes for my meal.. to come home and the buns are stale, the fries were not even warm... what was i waiting so long for then if my meal was not fresh or hot? If I have to wait .. at least make my food feel like food.....

Another worst McDonald's, tried ordering a double quarter pounder with Lettuce and tomato,so she asked me lettuce and tomato only, no , I've never been asked that and always ordered that same burger. Someone needs to teach how to take orders. By the way, there was nobody in line on a Saturday at 4 pm , everyone else must have got the message.

My husband stopped at the Jonesville McDonald’s today to grab me something to eat, and the burger I received was completely undercooked pink and raw in the middle. I only took a few bites before realizing it, and I ended up getting sick and throwing up afterwards. This is not safe and could easily cause food poisoning. I’m sharing this to warn others and to urge management to take food safety more seriously. Ground beef needs to be cooked to a safe temperature. No one should have to worry about getting sick. Absolutely disgusting.

I've got chicken a few times that was not done. Service is very very slow. We have gotten several quarter pounders that have the big Mac burger, you can tell difference. I've also gotten breakfast burritos several times that are frozen in the middle.

I’ve been here multiple times and as of today just saw someone share a video of a RAT running around the DINING AREA of this specific location just without anyone there batting an eye and when they went to tell the management since they thought they may not know the manager walked away and then came back yelling at them after they politely and discreetly told them that they may have a rodent issue. From the other reviews it sounds like the manager has done other crappy stuff too such as refund money to herself… so I would advise that you do go to a different location, I’ve been here before and it disgusts me and freaks me out to think about the fact I’ve very possibly eaten contaminated food… 🤢… but honestly sounds like management couldn’t care less about that kind of thing though, yall need to get this place under check for the safety of the public.

To get an egg and cheese sandwich you literally have to order the meat and get “no meat”. How insane! Bad reviews for all McDonald’s until that changes.
