I go through drive thru for a half gallon of tea and they want me to pull up so they can bring it out, I did refuse because the girl behind her was actually making me tea. The management has the employees so worried about the time it takes to get cars out of drive through that they lack good customer service and common sense. And if you walk in, the staff ignores you because they are so worried about drive thru.. never go to McDonald's if you expect to treated well. A lot of teens and early 20 year olds that act like they have so much power. And they want $12-$15 an hour, how about a smile first🙄

The food was really good and fresh. It arrived at our table very quickly. Service was great, both employees we interacted with was super friendly. Only downfall is needs to be a little cleaner. Overall great vist!

Don't come here.Lonnnggg wait. Then we had to park. Then they brought out the wrong order. Yhen the correct order. Why do you try to make customers reach across a railing for the food? We have to wait. Just come to the window! And the fries are lukewarm.

My mother and I stopped at the McDonalds in Jonesville, NC for breakfast. I personaaly hadn't been at this location in a while. The place needed cleaning, The gravy was runny and cold. The coffee was cold. Very dissappointed. I guess we should have known with no locals inside eating. I will not be back.

Might be the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Waited 40 minutes and still no food. Terrible staff and service. Has to leave and go somewhere else and when I talked to management they said they could only do a refund in person. Who is going to drive 2.5 hours round trip for a $12 refund? Avoid at all costs!

Order a steak bagel got home and it's a sausage patty. 10/25/24 at 720 am. Pervious weekend ordered a pancake breakfast with bacon and the bacon was in the bottom of paper bag.

All I can say is WOW this place is beautiful although parking g lot needs fixed the inside is amazing very clean everyone was so very nice! Most highway stores isn’t this well kept you can tell the one in charge cares about their place! Top notch across Board!
