We were there at 5:55am as we are doing a trek north from Florida. Place was open, clean, friendly service and food as expected. We chose to eat inside. This is clearly a newly renovated place, it's beautiful with a play place for the kids. Thanks for being open so early!

I'm not sure which is worse. You messing up my one and only burger I ordered or the fact that when I came back through drive thru to get a plain double cheeseburger you were more worried about your Drive thru times that you parked me. Now get this part... NO ONE WAS DIRECTLY BEHIND ME.. it took me longer to park, and you sent my food out, and then it was even worth it. I get trying to have fast service, but you parked me over your screw up. Maybe you should be more concerned over your customers who are in front of you instead of a monitor with fast times.

Sad experience in Jonesville NC.Filet 'O Fish meal. Had to order from kiosk, it took 10 minutes, the printer receipt was blank. My order took 25 minutes to get. The fish and bun were slider size, the bun stale, fries cold, Coke flat. Bidenomics again ?

Very kind staff! We ordered some plain McDoubles but the bogo for some reason made them regular on the receipt... they were understanding and kind. Tasted good, fries were fresh, inside area was very clean.

Last two times there order messed up or missing items paid for. I would rather go to Wendy's across the street from them or the McDonald's in Elkin. Jonesville McDonalds is so irritating and frustrating. I suggest to pass them by. I gave up trying to call them this last time for missing food. Every call went to some voice mail and then twice it rang and then it was like they lifted phone up and set it back down. In this economy people cannot afford to have poor service and missing food. Money is money! I will NOT return to this McDonalds.

Great place for quick meal, snack, or drink with service slightly worse than a truck stop.
The cashier was wonderful. She was very engaging and nice. The food was prepared quickly and I was out the door in no time. I've eaten at some McDonald's locations and they leave much to be desired in terms of service and cleanliness. This restaurant was clean and orderly and the service was great!

I had a positive review here but I just spent 10 mins waiting on a coffee in drive Thru. Then was told it was waiting inside. Super disorganized and I got 0 apology. No excuse for the servers attitude. I get making a mistake but no sorry we made a mistake. Just threw the coffee to me and fussed about another employee. And I own a restaurant. So I know how it is supposed to be handled.
