came from out of town. stood at counter for 5 minutes not ONE person asked if my order had been taken or said give us a minute we’re busy. 4 Different people made eye contact and walked right by. Flies inside too.

When my order was taken we were first greeted over the speaker by an employee (who was very pleasant) and then while figuring out our order, heard the manager yelling in the headset “who’s on this register” and then switched over to take our order and was insanely rude.

It's wendys. The food is mediocre at best. The atmosphere is generic sterile. The service was fair, about what you'd expect from underpaid workers. It was a convenient stop off the highway and relatively fast and cheap.

They said they didn't see me on the speaker so I sat there for 12 to fifteen minutes and I kept asking where anyone was at to the speaker went to the window and started to complain they said there was nothing they could do about it , it to bad cause I really like Wendy's

I do mobile orders and pick up through DT and always have speedy service. Just a shout out to the night crew and the DT guy with the red beard thank for always getting my chocolate frosty with extra strawberry puree made perfect!!!

This place is getting absolutely ridiculous!!! If they had a 0 stars I would do 0!!! They do not properly train their staff before they throw them out there, so of course they can’t even give the proper change and of course after telling this clerk 4 times what to do and she still can’t do it I gave up and left yall owe me some money but it’s not worth the hassle to go in there to get it to deal with these clowns

why the long wait at the drive thru speaker? No cars in front, no cars behind, yet still had to wait for ever to be acknowledged at the speaker to order food. This location used to be prompted when you pull up to order, now, its wait wait wait, even when there are no cars.

If traveling I-77 it is 1 hour and 31 minutes through NC from VA to SC. If you stop at this Wendy's it is a minimum of 2 hours and 10 minutes! You simply cannot believe how slow this is for a nationally franchised restaurant.

Can someone that’s in charge of this place fix the drive thru intercom. It’s has been distorted for years. You can hardly hear the employees and they can hardly hear you. If you don’t want to fix it then put a sign out there stating just drive up to the window to place an order.
