This is a real gem in small downtown Kannapolis. Definitely a place I would take out of town family and friends. I regularly get the Taro milk tea, sometimes with bubbles, 25% sweet and it's perfect. I'll try their other flavors and seasonal drinks eventually.

I’ve frequented B&K’s other locations for 2 years and ALWAYS get the taro milk tea. This is my 3rd try with this location, and I’m probably just going to take the longer drive to Huntersville (best location IMO) or Mooresville. My order on 8/29 9:40pm was a very disappointing $10 “cheat” drink. There was no real taro flavor-just purple oatmilk, boba, ice, and a hint of some type of rose scented perfume/lotion. The employees are friendly and the boba has the best texture-akin to their brand. I’ve tried different times of day, I’ve tried delivery and I’ve walked in. The kids do like their fruit teas.

My favorite bubble tea spot in Concord/north Charlotte area. No other bubble tea places compare. The quality of the tea is the best. Never had an issue and they always make it right. Tastes great, mixed well, and the bubba/lychee jelly is fantastic every time.
If you are in the area go here for bubble tea or any of their other locations like the one in Concord.
