i love getting boba here but the customer service isnt the best. i come here from time to time, and i somehow always come when this specific rude worker is on register. he seems to appear as a teenager with tan skin and black glasses. no “hi how are you,” or anything. just an annoyed stare. it makes me not want to order from here again.

Had a great experience with B&K catering services for my daughter’s graduation party. The boba and the tea were fresh, they provided the cups and straws too. Guess we’re delighted with the drinks, including the adults. ❤️

I am a frequent flyer at B&K. Their milk teas and boba are delicious. Their fruit teas and toppings are so refreshing. I am here probably once a week and will gladly give them all of my money!
I placed an order on Door Dash, came by 30 minutes after to get it and it still wasn’t ready. The guy was a complete jerk I had a question about order and he was super short worded and closed the window before I even got done talking. I love these teas and usually never have a problem here but this made me not want to come back

It was a terrible experience. There were three girls working there behind the register and two of them were stuck up and rude to me. They gave me dirty looks before I even placed my order. Then I tried to be friendly and ask one of them about the rice balls and she was rude and kept staring at my rudely.

The tea is so good personally my favorite is the tiger milk tea with regular boba but i definitely recommend this shop to lots of people and they have also said its bomb so please go try it out. I've also had boba from like 5 other shops and this is the only one i like.
