This was my first time at this location. I didn't have any problems. I had a great experience. My bo rounds and biscuit was delicious. It was hot and fresh. The staff at the window were super friendly. I tried the Peach cobbler as well. I didn't care to much for it. It was a biscuit with some peach pure on top. It wasn't the worst. I just didn't care for the flavor. I definitely didn't see any reason not to return.

I did an online order and had my husband pick it up. He got home with it and I was missing the 12 chicken supreme’s that were supposed to be in the meal. The kids had already grabbed the food and were eating before I even noticed them missing. I called to let them know and they told me I had to bring the whole meal back so I could get my supreme’s. I asked if they were going to recook the whole meal for me considering I had to go out of my way for their mistake and my food was going to be cold. She said that they would only give me what I was missing and they wouldn’t replace the other items because that is their policy. I wasn’t going to take the food out of my kids mouth to take it back up there. Thanks for nothing Bojangles. You can keep your chicken supreme’s and my money. I will not be back!!!

Went through dive through. Fast service. The supremes and fries were fresh. Might have just been lucky but when Bojo's is fresh you can't beat it!
Not enough seasoning on the fries. Also got my order wrong and did not give me a receipt. $30 wasn't worth it.

My family and I had a code for a free Cajun biscuit through the Charlotte Soccer team. The code was up for weeks and we used it everyday. Most of the employees we dealt with were freindly and got to know us. One lady, I don't know her name, questioned me twice. I explained both times about the code. The second and final time I went there she was very rude and treated me as if I had done wrong. I sent a complaint in to corporate and never got a call back or an email wanting to know what happened. Stay away from the bojangles on Lane St. In Kannapolis NC. This woman is rude and they don't care as a company.

Service was a little slower as far as being at the window to greet the customer at the window when I pulled up - but a contributing factor could be because we were waiting for fresh nuggets and it seemed like workers were doing their best to juggle multiple demands. Maybe short staffed that day? Anyway, the drive thru line was fast and easy. The cashier was polite, respectful and apologized about the wait, but it was no issue for us!! Overall a great experience.
