ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! I wish there was an option for Zero stars, 1 star is being way too generous. After waiting 20 mins, I was told the "system" deleted my order and they needed my receipt. I gave it to them and waited another 10 mins. When the manager came out he promised everything was fresh and right. Once I got home the order was missing a whole meal. So had to go back there and wait again. Avoid this place at all cost, they definitely send the rejects here and need to fire the manager and start over. Will never use this location again.

The last 3 times I've ordered to go food from this location, I've been very disappointed. They've not included the egg on my biscuit, shorted me a coleslaw. Tonight, I ordered an 8 piece chicken dinner. I took it to my family's home and opened it as soon as I got there and the chicken was cold and just BAD. This is the last Bojangles chicken I ever want to see. I took it back to the store, and the manager was useless.

Ridiculously rude staff. The guy at the window harassed me ("smile, princess"? Is this the 1950s?) and the weird teenagers spent the next 7 minutes making snide comments & giggling instead of preparing the food. Very demeaning and inappropriate. Not to mention I got charged for a sauce I never got. Ruined the entire evening

Elijah was awesome friendly and on point with my ordered a chicken bisquit with egg it was perfect tasty hot. The only I wont oreder again is the tator tots 5 for 2.49 no thanks.. great clean location ...

Their biscuits are amazing! Chicken seems processed compared to Zaxbys and Cane's but it wasn't bad at all. I'd definitely get their breakfast sandwiches again.

Worst experience I've ever seen. Waiting in the drive threw for 30 minutes for 2 chicken sandwichs. Came inside and the whole staff just standing in a circle just playing around not even filling our order.

Ordered a family meal box online through the app and chose the curb side option. Got there early and waited for app to update that food was ready, it never did. Then i got my food and the box handle broke on the way to the car. Checked and i was missing all 3 sauces. Get home and the fries were old and cold. The biscuits were hard and inedible and half the chicken was old. The only good things were the tea, supremes, and mac n cheese. 3 stars for service because the poor front end guy was juggling 4 different things and NO ONE came to help. There was only 1 car in the drive through.
