We didn't get the sauce we asked for in the drive through. It was late so we drove around again. We were asked to see the receipt again and we were Still given the wrong sauce. What ever. Its just sauce. But dang. Food was good, what youd expect. Again. It was late but we ate in the parking lot. The building looks brand new and very nice on the outside. Over all 8/10

Stopped in to see this new building. It is so much better than the old one. The staff was very friendly. Seemed like the kitchen was either understaffed or very slow. There were 6 or more people waiting on their orders and many were already frustrated with their long wait when I walked in the door. I probably should have walked out, but I didn't. It took over 20 mins to get 2 burgers. 2 customers came in for take out orders while I was waiting, and the manager(?) had to explain that the orders were lost and they would get started on them.

I ordered through Doordash. The food arrived still warm. This is the first time we tried Burger King burgers. It was delicious. I really liked the onion rings. But the toy for junior was disappointing. I would like to advise the Burger King company to think about soft toys for children, such as were once at Mcdonalds.

Remodeled and opened in January '25. This BK has actually stood out to me in the past. Night time drive thru employees are noticably fast and professional. I've come to expect that when I see older employees (adults).
The remodeled location is awesome. The Team at this location is always friendly and even when the drive thru is packed, they still move the vehicles at a good pace. My new favorite Burger King for sure

I think I speak on behalf of all of Kannapolis when I say WE MISSED YOU!! 😭 McNasty McDonald’s had us SUFFERING running to the toilet every 5 min 😩 and the wait was worth it, AMAZING food everything tasted fresh, you even managed to turn my picky eater into a whopper fan 🤤 truly fit for a king 👑 ( he would be proud!) and btw LOVE the new look! 😏✨
Ps: I just realized they close at 2am 🥹 my high ass has never been more happy 😭❤️
