Took forever for a server to greet us. Brought me the wrong food order and when I said something they got the manager who came to the table and did absolutely nothing. Didn't remake the food or discount the bill. Steak was overcooked and under seasoned. Cute little restaurant, fair pricing, but wasn't impressed enough to return.

First time visiting Chophouse. Party of three on a Tuesday for lunch. Only about 1/4 full and we were seated right away and the place was quiet so we could carry on a nice conversation. Service was fine overall and staff was friendly. Menu is diverse and prices are reasonable (though on the high side). From time of order to food at the table was 16 minutes. Most of our food was rated as tasty. I agree, the onion rings are not the best around, but they are not 'bad'. Batter on the rings was not crispy and they lack some flavor. Sweet potato fries were excellent and all our meat was grilled to the level we wanted and the flavor was excellent. We asked for the BBQ sauce on the side since this is NC and their sauce here is not what you will find in the mid-west or Texas (that is a preference though). To be honest, the burger didn't need any BBQ sauce.

Looks good, but was very disappointed with our first visit. Shrimp pasta was rubbery, no flavor. Prime rib sandwich had 2 small slices of what looked like sandwich meat, served with plain beef broth. Didn't care to finish any of our meal, hit the drive thru on way home😕

We came for my sister in law's birthday. And it was a first for us all. Bother and sis in law got filets, hubby got the flounder and I had the ribeye. Drinks were good. Had a great server and they made the birthday, sis got her choice of dessert (she got cheese cake) which had a candle on it. We will be back.

This was our first time trying this restaurant. It was my birthday dinner and we wanted to try something different. I think we made a great choice! The food and atmosphere was great. I had the twisted ribs and my husband had the ribeye. They both were delicious. The drinks were also superb! I would recommend this place!

Waiter and staff were attentive. Checked to see how we were doing. We enjoyed the food. Never had issues with it taking too long to be served. The ambiance is really nice. Excellent place to enjoy a good meal with friends and family. I love that it's not too noisy, you can actually hear each other talk.

Only downside is we had a reservation for 7 and the lady at the front told us it would be at least 30 minutes even with a reservation, with a rather dismissive tone. It was only after my wife started complaining in the lobby that magically a table opened up. Not sure what that was about

It was awful... the service was lacking. The food was tasteless. My husband ordered a bone in ribeye and they served him a tbone. The service was was awful, our server took care of us as tho we ordering at McDonald's. It took her 11 minutes to bring drinks. Never checked on us. Never going back.
Love going there for the great service and the food is above average. The price is reasonable. This time we did not get our rolls at the beginning and when we did get some they were cold and hard. Otherwise the rest of our dinner was good.

Busy night and it showed. Bar area before table was ready had dirty dishes and signed checks on the bar. Despite waiting for five minutes, neither bar tender greeted me or offered service. After being seated, drinks took another 20 minutes to arrive from bar. Simple two ingredient cocktails. Bread never delivered until asked what the butter on the table was for. Food was okay. Not special or a standout in any way. Could have been better.

This restaurant is absolutely amazing. I personally know the owner, and he’s a genuinely great guy. The food is incredible, and the staff makes you feel right at home every time.

This place is a hidden gem!! I've been here several times now and have never had a bad experience. The food is tasty and well prepared, the service is appropriately attentive and the place has a nice vibe to it. I highly recommend Chophouse 101!

The food here is great!!! We've been here several times and find the food to be consistent and great quality. The service is normally pretty good, last night was not. We had a reservation for 7:15 and was sat quickly, we were approached for drink orders which was a water and an old fashioned. We got our water fairly quick and she took our order. We ordered 2 appetizers with intentions of ordering additional if we were still hungry, but there were 2 appetizers that sounded great that we wanted to try. When that's all we ordered she seemed frustrated and quickly took our menus and walked away. Our food was delivered and at this point I still didn't have my old fashioned. She went and got it apologizing that the bartender over poured and that is was going to be really strong but she was sorry... ( why did you serve me something that you knew wasn't right or of good quality). I took the drink anyways since it took so long to get it. We started eating and the drink ended up being fine, so I'm not sure what she was referring to. She didn't check on us after the drink was delivered except to pick up my plate that still had food on it and I had to say I was still working on it and she just said oh I thought it was just bones ( I had the twisted ribs) and scurried away. We finished eating and had every intention of ordering another drink and desert but she came back with check. During the entire time she was constantly checking and waiting on the group beside of us never stopping to check on us. I was disappointed to say the least with this visit.
