Well why is everyone raving about the onion rings ? As they were very bland ZERO flavor , the wait staff was extremely slow , and the business wasnt busy . The expediting team was clueless as to where the tables were and where the food went . I had the pork chops with the 101 signature mac n cheese and steamed veggies, well they may want to change the signature to something with flavor as the Mac n cheese was HORRIBLE , the mixed veggies was carrots , onions and im guessing zucchini, well the carrots weren't cooked and the seasoning didn't season . Now this was our first time there and it will gladly be our last . A couple sat down beside us and never even got greeted as they walked out after 15 minutes and a full conversation with us about the food. Now it was claimed it was because of shift change . We'll shift change shouldn't effect the quality of food and taste of food . Poor management folks , if they want to run with the big boys then they need to change a lot starting with being in the south we flavor our food attitude. Save your time and money and go to place that shows more interest in their food besides a price tag. And FYI the pork chops were good but I've had better the burger was good but could've been better .

You people used to know what customer service was! Obviously that is not the case anymore! We came in and we’re seated and never did we see a server after 10 minutes two managers on duty I found out and none of them are on the floor for servers standing up by the food area doing nothing the server that was supposed to wait on us was evidently also the bartender worst experience of my life! The people sitting next to us said except for the pork chops and the burger meat. All the sides were terrible. The service was terrible and the person saying it happens to make a living at going around and riding and reviewing restaurants. Good luck talk to the manager didn’t wanna do anything for us but tell me they’re sorry. Well, I know they’re sorry otherwise we had some service and they’ve been doing their job

Very good experience. Our waitress Wendy, was excellent, considering she had 4 tables at once. Only negatives I have were that they ran out of Mac and Cheese, very early in service , the Onion rings were under seasoned, and we were never asked if we wanted desert. Other all than that food was excellent, so were the drinks.

My wife and I really enjoyed our lunch at Chophouse 101. She had the filet and I had the chophouse bowl with her salmon. Both were really good. Service was great, and we look forward to coming back again soon!

Chophouse 101 completely surprised me in the best way. The steak was honestly the best I’ve ever had... perfectly cooked, tender, and full of flavor. The wine selection was great, and the atmosphere hit that sweet spot between classy and comfortable.
It’s the kind of place that feels special without being over the top, and the prices are really reasonable for the quality you get.
We had crab cakes, ribeye, asparagus and key lime pie and I'd definitely get it all again!
If you’re looking for a great dinner spot in the area, this one’s definitely worth checking out!

I wish I could write a different review. The food was reasonably good, but the service was absolutely the worst restaurant experience I could ever remember. Our waitress Claire could’ve cared less if we were happy sitting at one of her tables. We ordered drinks, a simple order of two beers and one glass of wine , and the bar was we waited a good 25 minutes or more with no drinks before she came back to to take our order. We ordered salads and entrées, and she told us our drinks would be right up. Another half hour went by no drinks, no waitress named Claire to explain what was going on, no one stopped by our table. nothing. then suddenly our entrées showed up. no salads,no drinks, no Claire. when she eventually noticed we had our entrées she went back to the bar brought back only two of the three drinks we had ordered. She had to be reminded of the third drink, and had to be reminded that we had ordered salads, which she brought over and practically threw on the table. No apologies, no concern just dropped the food on the table and went away. we ate our meals without anybody ever coming to check on how we were doing, if we needed water, if we wanted another round of drinks …nothing. After we were sitting with empty plates in front of us for a very long time, she came by and tried to give us the check. I asked her don’t you want to ask if we want to have dessert or another round of drinks? “well do you”, she said? We looked at each other and said… let the four of us talk it over. Then another 30 minutes went by before she stopped back again. we decided that to keep trying to get Claire give us Anything in this restaurant was futile so we asked for the check. At no point did she ever apologize for the way the service and our meal had gone , nor did any manager ever stop by to see how we were doing. we had to flag Claire down to get the check asking for the second time, and then we had to wait another 25 minutes and flag her down again to pay our bill. The food was reasonably good and if the service had been even moderately acceptable, I would be less angry. But to spend this kind of money and get treated way worse than one gets treated at Waffle House is unacceptable. Even if someone had apologized for the way that the drinks never came that would’ve helped . or had expressed regret about how the food came too soon and out of sequence, or any sense of someone acknowledging how dreadful the whole service had been for our meal would have gone a long way towards making us feel better. But no. Claire acted like she just couldn’t wait for us to leave despite the fact all that we ever did was sit there and patiently wait for the things we had ordered. This restaurant has a huge problem and it needs to be solved. Had a manager come to our table and asked us we would’ve said this in person as we would rather give feedback to the management than write bad reviews but in this case manager couldn’t be bothered to stop by either. well, I understand that it was a busy Friday night there is no excuse for what happened and the lack of care and concern we were shown.

Everything was great, food was cooked well. Only small complaint is this was a reservation for our anniversary and noted when doing so. Would of been nice to been acknowledged in some way, even just saying congratulations or happy anniversary. We never received our salads and had to point out we never got our dinner rolls. While small nit picky stuff its the details that matter. Our server was great, food was wonderful, drinks was amazing.
