Would be nice if they didn’t have 3 different set of business hours posted! Drove an hour to be told they close the buffet at 8:30, and take out at 9. Online it says they close at 10. On the door it says they close at 9. Sucks to drive so far and be turned away. And good thing I caught it before putting my PIN number in because the kid was about to charge me $60 when we couldn’t have even eaten.

My family and I tried going to this place to eat only to get turned around. Google says it closes at 10pm but actually it closes at 9. Not only that, the buffet close 30 minutes early which means you're not getting your money worth.

what is overcharged on a coupon that says $4.99 adult buffet the adult buffet that is a special for $4.99 is not per adult it’s per group of guest of a party of four. it specifically says “coupon valid for up to four guest per party. it does not say per person per party. I read the fine line and the fine print legally you owe me my five dollars back and some extra change on top of that . coupon doesn’t expire until 11/17/ 2024. Lady at the front counter did not read the actual coupon but she charged me extra and I have been stolen from at this point. every single person that went into the establishment with this coupon code 50259 has been stolen from if they were charged extra did order extra drinks but that doesn’t take away from the fact that she charged an extra four dollars and some change for a coupon that’s valid for up to four guests per party for a total of $4.99.
I will be going back in person and talking directly to the owner of the establishment. This is so disrespectful making hundreds of thousands of dollars off of people and scamming people out of $4.99 per extra adult when again legally it says per party of 4 adults not per adult of a party of 4 .
I want my money back and I will be reporting you to the Better Business Bureau .

So my nephew had his party at kannapolis cici pizza sep 8th at 2pm, well they where busy of course low staff and had a hard time to keeping up with pizza demands. Well my husband went to place a order for a special pizza and Jackson helped him,well the lady on the line snapped at him and was just rude. Well I asked for home office number and Jackson said his manager would talk to me. So I stepped to the side and spoke to him. The only thing he said was oh well I can offer you a free buffet. In all honesty today's pizza was a joke. I understand low staff I even get being behind. What I am not okay with is someone being rude for no reason. I was a manager for a restaurant so I get it, but I'd never allow my crew to talk side ways to or abt guest or other crew members.
Seems like this place has done a complete 180! The staff is so much more friendlier and inviting. The restaurant seems so much cleaner and well lit. The food bar is extremely clean and well organized now. I stopped coming for many months and decided to give it another shot. Glad we did, because my kids and I enjoyed it.
Kid-friendliness: Kids are very welcome and their buffet price is cheaper up to 10 yrs old. I believe kids under 4 are free.
