I ordered three bread bowls, all three had 10 noodles (I counted them). Also, one bowl had NO seasoning and one was half way seasoned. I called to which I was met with complete attitude. When I said all three have ten noodles the response was “ok” to which I then shared the comment about no seasoning. The employee argued with me that all three were definitely “oil based” and I said one is absolutely dry as a bone, I order these all of the time and this does not look normal and he continued to argue with me. He offered either a credit or a remake and I chose a remake because 10 noodles is not going to work. Now I wonder is my food going to be tampered with because of an employees decision to cut on quality. Does this bread bowl look like it’s been assuredly oil basted?

I ordered my pizza 2 hours in advance to have it at 7 pm. According to their tracker, it was cooked on time, and had plenty of time to get to my house by 7. It still wasn't here at 7:20 so I called the store. It was 5 minutes before anyone answered. I told the guy I wanted to know where my pizza was because it was late. He put me on hold. My food arrived 30 minutes late while I was on hold. It was barely warm. I told the guy when he came back to the phone it came but was lukewarm. He said ok and hung up. The mac and cheese didn't have a lot in it and it was very dry and burnt on the edges. The pizza was cold by the time I put it on my plate and sat down to eat it. I've had trouble with late delivery from this store before. I'm done with this location. I'll order it at work instead where I always have good service and food. When I pay $10 for tip and delivery, I expect my food to be on time and warm.

I ordered a small pizza with pepperoni and sausage crispy crust and they told me they don’t do small pizza with crispy crust and not only that I walked inside the place I wasn’t greeted. Three other people walked in behind me. One was there to pick up the other two order, I stood there and waited before she came to take my order and she took the other two people order that came in behind me. All these people came in behind me. And get the food and gone that’s why I don’t like her because they are prejudice and she just showed it to me today

We had an online order & it was over an hour so we checked the online status and it was still at the store. We decided to call & see what the issue was & the Young man Malik explained to me that they didn't have enough drivers. I asked if we could be compensated with an additional pizza & he said he needed to speak with his manager. I told the manager I was going to pick it up as it had been too long. When I got there he had voided the payment which was online from my sister in law out of state. I didn't have the card & it was crazy as the pizza wasn't fresh & I had to wait for a fresh one it just wasn't a good experience. I wouldn't recommend that store at all. I'm big on customer service & definitely wasn't pleased with how the manager handled the whole situation. Delivery should not have been an option if you don't have the staff to deliver.

Pizza took over an hour and a half to get to my home. When I called the store to ask where my pizza was they were very rude, didn’t offer any assistance, and hung up on me. Never ordering there again.

On 1/5/25 @8:53pm I called the store to see if they delivered at my house (because they use to a while ago before they stopped) and the man said yes. I placed my order online. I then received a call back at 9:16 pm from a female, stating that I was misinformed and that they couldn’t deliver because I was out of the area. She asked if I wanted to pick it up instead and I said yes. I asked if my wings were cooked twice as specified on the order? She said it wasn’t on the order. I tried to tell her where I wrote it but she proceeded to cut me off and tell me “You didn’t put it on your order” while yelling at someone to cook them again. After the 4th attempt of me trying to speak, I yelled,”Can I talk?!?” I told her that I put the message in the driver’s instructions because there wasn’t anywhere for me to put it in the wing section. She then asked “Do you want to pick it up or do you want to cancel it?” I said I would pick it up but after talking with my family about her disrespectful attitude and the possibility of our food being mishandled, I called and canceled @9:21. I asked for the employees name but was told it’s against policy to share that information. I understand sometimes the employees are young and I understand if you are busy BUT if you are not in the mood to use proper phone etiquette then get off the phone and let someone else do it because I don’t care to be disrespected and dismissed by ANYBODY AT 8:53 in the evening!😒

I ordered delivery and it was not the pizza I ordered that they charged me $32 for! I called them and explained and they were hateful and told me to bring my pizza back to them and they would make it right once I got there! I ordered delivery and gave a nice tip for it! I’m not driving it back and waiting! She said they would remake it but it would be awhile before we got it because there were several orders ahead of ours! Really?! Not good dominoes! I have NEVER complained on years of previous orders because they were always right and this is how I get treated when the order is wrong due to your lack of ability to make a pizza to order?! Unacceptable!

Waited two hours for a thin crust pizza on a Wednesday night…. Never received a pizza or got an update about delays. Called it in at 6:30pm canceled it at 8:30pm. Ended up having something complete different instead.

My pasta had NO sauce and it was BURNT!!it wasn’t filled at all. Why would they serve burnt pasta. Here are pictures below. This was my favorite location, not anymore.

I only respected the ones up front taking orders and handing them off. They looked at you crazy because you were looking at them crazy for not wearing gloves. Not one person touching food had on gloves and when I say touching everything I mean everything. You know how many germs live on a person's phone let alone on the itch you're scratching close to your behind. I also never saw either one wash their hands once the whole 20 mins I was standing there waiting for an Alfredo pan.... Just touching everything. The one that touched every ingredient while making my Alfredo went all the way to his car, moved it and went back in still not washing his hands. I'm enjoying the salad more than anything because I know it wasn't touched.

After we got almost burnt pizza and half done wings that made us sick we tried again they sent us a half done pizza and half cooked wings again. It didn't taste right at all. I will be contacting corporate office. Possible lawsuit is in the making.

Was there just yesterday. I was treated terribly and ignored when asked for the manager. The so called asst mngr pointed out the manager to me in a very arrogant fashion. The manager was the one that was being rude so I was like whoaaa!! Really? I always leave tips to restaurants even with to go orders. But there was no way I was with these people. If u don't like certain people for certain reasons then u should not be in the public svc business. I will never support domino's again. Corporate please send me an email or phone number so I can go fwd with my complaint. I just can't let this go.
