Terrible customer service. Drinks were good, and as someone who’s worked in a coffee shop, I understand you don’t want to be at work, but tighten up. Idk who managing this but come on now 🤦‍♀️

I got a peppermint mocha and it didn’t even taste like peppermint it tasted watered down and my mom got a cookie butter cloud coffee and they were to lazy to pop the lid on so her cold foam spilled all over the car and also we got the wicked munchkin tin and they were out of munchkins and that’s ok but the thing is they just gave us the tin with no doughnuts or anything so we had to ask for them to put doughnuts in it and right after they said they would give three they gave us two I do not recommend them because this is ridiculous…

Customer service is horrible! I literally stood there about 5 minutes and no one acknowledged me. No may I help you, or we'll be with you on one minute
We're on our way to work and don't have time to wait because employees don't know how to acknowledge customers who are waiting to be served!

When I come in and it is busy, they are still on it and going super fast. I really appreciate this Dunkin for their friendly attitudes and their quickness. I have not had a problem once with my order at this Dunkin regardless of how I order. THANK YOU!

Every time I come here they always mess up my order or take forever to make it even when not busy. Tonight, I go to order two hot chocolates. After sitting at the empty drive thru window for 19 minutes, a young man comes to the window and hands us our cups saying “not gonna lie they ain’t even hot” with the biggest smile on his face. I’m don’t coming to this location.

Listen I know they are short staffed, and people are harsh, but when I say I love this location I love it. The people in there are amazing. Its a shorter lady I think shes the manager she is always so nice, but I love Autumn shes always on it and no matter the rudeness or stress she smiles and is just so down to earth! She is great! And i enjoy our small talks!!! There's always a young guy working with her also he is sweet

Absolutely the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I wanted the trick or treat bucket they didn’t have any doughnuts holes which was fine since she said I could purchase the buckets without them. I tried to order 2 doughnuts they were sold out of every flavor I wanted. After she told me what they had I ordered 2. After she asked me if that was all she didn’t say anything else! I waited another min or so then pulled up since the two cars in front of me had driven off. When I reached the window a nice guy named Charles greeted me and asked what my order was I told him. He then told me he would be right back. When the window opened again Autumn said that she could not take orders at the window. I told her I placed my order already. She then stated that she didn’t tell me to pull forward and she had her hands full and could not tell me to hold on. I asked her what should I do now and she said I could have just waited because she was busy and had a lot going on. She then rolled her eyes at me and I asked her if she was being serious right now! Then asked for a manager she said they didn’t have one and walked away. Charles charged me for my items, I paid , and then he gave be what I thought I purchased. Just when I thought it couldn’t get worse she gave him a bag of hash rounds instead of the doughnuts. Autumn is extremely unprofessional and rude!

The 3 women who worked the store on Sunday have the WORST customer service and the service my family received was unacceptable considering I go to Dunkin 6 days a week and got treated the way I did bc the MANAGERS can’t properly run the store ! By far the worst experience I’ve ever had anywhere

I've frequented this location at minimum 1x a week for 12 years since I moved to NC. There have been several hang ups over these 12 years but I have NEVER had an actual customer service issue. Recently however, I experienced 3 awful consecutive visits over a 10 day period & all at the hands of the same individual who LOUDLY expresses herself rudely to customers in front of a manager who does not step in at all. I sincerely believed the employee was having an off day the first time & did not take it personal. The last 2 times made it clear, this is just who they are. If you choose to go inside to place your order just know that no amount of patience, kindness or basic manners will encourage the actual showrunners to treat you like anything other than a major inconvenience. & ALWAYS keep your receipt because they'll LOUDLY claim you did not pay for extras in your order that you were rightfully charged for.

Needless to say after being a Dunkin Donuts customer for 30+ years, this particular location will not see a single cent from our family again.

Understaffed businesses lead to upset employees mistreating customers. I do not blame the employees.

I visited at 5AM to get a Sabrina Carpenter reusable cup. There were two people running the entire café when I walked in. They were so flustered that they told me they weren't open yet. Once I confirmed that they were open, the employees told me I wasn't allowed in the café because they were drive thru only that day. When I got to the window they kept assuming I was done ordering even though I kept adding items and wouldn't talk to me when I got up to the drive thru.

At first I thought they were being disrespectful for no reason. Then I remembered my time in retail and being that understaffed. It was beyond stressful which resulted in me snapping at a few customers. It's not fair but sometimes companies put their staff in terrible situations.

Dunkin needs to ensure their cafes have enough staff and value and respect each and every one of them. I'm disappointed in Dunkin. Please do better.

The coffee that I received was not what I ordered. The label is on the cup so it tells what I asked for. It has no flavor in it at all, and no one will answer the telephone. This is totally unacceptable for the price of the coffee.
