Went yesterday for the first time. Got a mocha iced coffee. The young lady asked if I wanted cream or sugar, took a taste and she added the perfect amount of sugar. It was delicious! They were so friendly and that coffee was great. I will be going back fir sure.

Ever since the change in management about a year ago this dunkin has been both consistently inconsistent and disappointing with a revolving door of new employees. I order the same drink every time and it's always different. Half of the time there's about 1 inch of space from the top, watered down, and jam packed with ice. The donuts are always cold and on the verge of being stale. You can always taste that distinct gaseous/metallic flavor in the food from their toaster oven gourmet. Staff is mostly friendly and the remodeling is nice. I would recommend any one to go here if they enjoy disappointment and having their day ruined. I hope they eventually get better.

The worst location I have ever been to. Employees wear their headphones while on the clock. Take personal phone calls in front of customers. Management needs to be replaced with the horrific job she is doing running the store. Employees are not in proper uniform and some of the staff lack personal hygiene and you can smell their body odor over the coffee. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!!!!

Very disappointed with this location. I went in with my family to get three coffees and one donut, the cashier ignored the fact that I ordered a donut and said that I didn't pay for it when I spent over $20 she said I didn't order it to begin with when it was the first thing I told her I wanted she had a very nasty attitude with me and didn't even make my drinks correctly and they tasted very poorly of three day old coffee. Will NOT be going back to this location! Don't work in customer service/food industry if you're going to be rude I was very nice to her despite all the mistakes made.

This location lets the espresso shot sit before adding them to the drink which makes the drink taste bitter. Espresso needs to be pulled fresh in order to taste correctly. I’m guessing they do they this in order to be more efficient with handling orders. A waste of money.

Very rude young ladies working inside. First, she got my order wrong when I plainly stated what I wanted. So I paid extra for it, but let it go. Then, I had to ask to use the restroom because their is a code on the door now. Another girl punched in the code and sneered at me. REALLY? Is this how you treat paying customers? I will go to Starbucks next time. And oh, they have a window for customers to stand outside and pay now. And they have taken all the cushy chairs out and all but two tables..... I thought this was a coffee/ donut shop and not a fast food place. I won't be back. Starbucks, here I come!

We were driving to NC and had a stop over in this Dunkin . Good location. Nice and spacious parking lots . There are seats inside to sit and dine . Service was ok. Could be better .. billing was a bit slow .
Kids liked the refresher drinks.. really good . Mango refresher was super duper good . Coffee was average .. was very watery and didn’t taste fresh . Latte was good. We like the hashbrowns in Dunkin … overall a good experience but can be better .
