This was one of the best Firehouse Subs I've ever been to, the employees were so nice, the place is very festive and vibes were delightful. This health score was also 100 which you don't really see often. If anything I would highly recommend this place.

The gentlemen that was fixing my food was very rude had his gloves on with his hands in his pocket need the young lady to explain there menu because i had never been there he just acting very aggressive and short i will ne calling cooperated in the morning i said something to him about how he treated me and kept fixing the next sub i would never go there again and that was my first time!

Had a wonderful experience at this Fire House location! Not only was the lady taking the orders friendly, the sub maker himself was a joy. He was friendly, professional, and you could tell he was serious about his job. Our subs were made with care. He even added some extra pickles with our sandwiches upon request. Our food was perfectly made and devoured immediately! Thank you!

Placed an online order, sent son to pick up and 2 of my 4 subs were completely wrong. Attempted to speak with manager & owner regarding this issue. Was asked to bring subs back to be re-made. When I expressed that I could not come back due to the distance and work, I was told to put the subs in the freezer until I could return. When I expressed that I should not have to be inconvenienced due to their employees mistake and that I would gladly give the incorrect subs to them if they remade them and delivered them to me and the owner just laughed. So I expressed that I thought it was ridiculous that he felt it was ok for me to be inconvenienced, but not his staff even though this was 100% a failure on their part. It is no wonder this establishment has a D+ rating with the BBB and the company has had to re-organize with the secretary of state under 2 different legal names (EMG Enterprises L.L.C. and EMG Elite Enterprises L.L.C.). I guess Eric E. Gibbs, II and Marlene M. Jones-Gibbs of Harrisburg, NC need to learn how to better operate a restaurant and how customer service should truly be provided.

Picked up my order a couple minutes past the time given on the app. Got home and the sandwiches were ice cold and soggy. I understand it won't be steaming hot and fresh because of travel time, but this was unedible as most of the bread had turned to goo. Also, the order was wrong. Skip this location.
