They are on the struggle bus!! My boss went and picked up food. The receipts has our correct order but they didnt make any of our orders correct. Plus it took them forever to make it.. the prices have gone up a lot. They could atleast make the food right.

When I arrived, Kelly greeted me as she was replacing the receipt paper in her cash register. Amy walked out from the kitchen and offered to help Kelly. Kelly handed her the receipt paper, which Amy replaced, and then began assisting other customers and cleaning around the dining area. Both Kelly and Amy were friendly, great team players, and great examples for other employees. As always, the food is great, and I was offered a combo despite already having a drink - but the drink and chips are always stocked and ready! All around I always have a great experience at Firehouse and will always choose it here despite other sub/sandwich shops. It’s a higher price point but the service and food quality are always worth it.

Best service of any firehouse sub I’ve ever been to. Even with it being the rush, lunch hour, the staff took my order within minutes, and I had my food in less than five minutes. The staff went above and beyond to make my meal. Excellent I would drive out of my way to go here again.

Vegetarian options: Well they did not offer very many vegetables to put on your sandwich they need more vegetables they also need to have more chicken options because I don't eat beef
