Just showed up out of tennessee, it's 11:30 at night, I wanted to get a drink and I was tired, bartender asked me to remove my sunglasses and then refused to serve me and said I was drunk. I just drove 3 hours from Tennessee this afternoon and been up since 4:00 this morning. Not recommended place to go. Go to the tipsy hare around the corner

11/10 stars. We stopped in before catching a movie at The Gem and absolutely loved it. Scarlett was so sweet and made such fantastic drinks that we stopped back in after the movie. The vibe was great, prices were fantastic, staff was super friendly-- we seriously can't say enough good things. We'll be back next time we're up this way!

Staff was rude and obnoxious. No hours on their website no hours on Google showed up sign said open soon as I open the door I was yelled at and told to leave. It's not our fault as a customer to do their job when supposedly them enclosed for 20 minutes how do you not turn your open sign off if you're closed and how do you treat a customer or at least a soon to be customer that way with your attitude and your rudeness. Maybe the management the ownership should hire better people

An absolute convivial atmosphere nestled in the heart of DTK ! Loved the cozy decor with attention to detail such as atmospheric lighting, comfortable bar-top seating, and experienced bar staff. Finally, someone in the 4-Zipcode Microtropolis who can skillfully pour a pint ! Friendly bar-top guests and welcoming vibe. Happy to spare a several pounds and a pingin in this charming locale. MIGHTY GRAND, it is.

I’ve been here several times with friends but they lost my respect when I went with a friend who I’ve been there before with the bartender would not serve us after looking at our ids 3 times, served other people, asked us questions about our ids, then tried to tell us they were out of what we wanted. After all that she told us she wasn’t going to serve us since we looked “under age” we then went over to old armor who served us!
Was denied a drink due to not looking of drinking age. Bartender looked at my ID 3 times acted like she was going to serve me then told me she did not feel “comfortable” even though I have been served there before. Old armor served me though!

The worst service ever, super rude bar tenders.. kind of think the trashy girl behind the bar is homophobic bc she refuses to allow my wife to buy me a drink (twice) people were so wasted that a bar fight broke out. The response from the staff was to push everyone else around and to close up the bar literally 5 mins after last call. So they sold us the alcohol and then kicked us out. Not professional definitely would not recommend
