The woman bartender was atrocious. After I had one drink I went to take a personal phone call and when I came back the woman “bartender” claimed when I came back I was “unable to be served” apparently because she thought I was “drunk”. She had glasses, brown hair, and a larger build, she was clearly upset about something that had nothing to do with me. DO NOT GO HERE THE BARTENDERS HATE BUSINESS!

8/15/2025. To whoever the business owner is, why have a phone number when your staff doesn’t know how to answer it!!! From 10:41pm to 11:03 I called a total of 80+ times. 80+ times really that’s unacceptable for any place that calls themselves a business but god forbid if they have to take a 2 minute phone call. You would think by now they would get tired of hearing the phone ring but I guess not at this business!! You may want to train you’re employees on how to answer a phone and maybe hang up some step by step instructions for them.

Every time I come here, I'm met with amazing customer service, and great conversation. After the first time I ordered a whiskey sour, Ashley not only remembered my name, but which bourbon I preferred for each subsequent time I have visited which makes me feel very welcomed and appreciated.

Just showed up out of tennessee, it's 11:30 at night, I wanted to get a drink and I was tired, bartender asked me to remove my sunglasses and then refused to serve me and said I was drunk. I just drove 3 hours from Tennessee this afternoon and been up since 4:00 this morning. Not recommended place to go. Go to the tipsy hare around the corner

11/10 stars. We stopped in before catching a movie at The Gem and absolutely loved it. Scarlett was so sweet and made such fantastic drinks that we stopped back in after the movie. The vibe was great, prices were fantastic, staff was super friendly-- we seriously can't say enough good things. We'll be back next time we're up this way!

Staff was rude and obnoxious. No hours on their website no hours on Google showed up sign said open soon as I open the door I was yelled at and told to leave. It's not our fault as a customer to do their job when supposedly them enclosed for 20 minutes how do you not turn your open sign off if you're closed and how do you treat a customer or at least a soon to be customer that way with your attitude and your rudeness. Maybe the management the ownership should hire better people
