They were busy and workers were working very hard. The food was awful. Yes it was hot, yes it was fresh but like all fast food it just isn’t good quality. I give the workers a lot of credit. They were working and working hard.

Don’t bother placing a specific order—just hand them your money and let them decide what to give you. This team couldn’t get an order right even if a million dollars were on the line. Every. Single. Visit. The order is wrong. I think they think it’s funny!

Service was terrible. Stood at counter for about 10min without anyone acknowledging that me or my girlfriend was there. So with just left. Everyone that was there looked like a teenager. They need a good manager to teach them how to work with the public. Don't think it was their fault.

I stopped here to get breakfast to burrito wraps. It wasn’t until I got home. Then I looked at the portion. I brought it back for them to fix it only to get the same portion again the wrap was literally the size of my thumb I was trying to find the eggs since I ordered sausage, egg, and cheese, but needless to say the food was trash

Had biscuits and gravey the other morning and a few other biscuits headed to work. They gave me a biscuits and a cup of gravey but no tray to eat it out of!

Among the most attentive Hardee's employees I've encountered. The young man running the register said it's his first job. I told my friend with me that he's nailing his first job already. The older man cleaning up in the seating area was so sweet to the customers and other employees. The location in Rockwell has always been my favorite to go to because of great customer service and now this location is a favorite too.

This is the best restaurant I've been to in a few years. Service was wonderful, food was great and everything was hot and fresh. They will forever get my business. My daughter and I had platters bacon plates and french toast sticks. The biscuit I had was perfect . Keep up the good work
