I don’t know that I will ever go back to the Cloverleaf IHOP again, to the General Manager I am appalled you would tell my family you could not accommodate 20 people for breakfast today, yes it’s Thanksgiving but your restaurant was not full and there were plenty of tables and staff!!! So you purposely set my family across the restaurant from each other. The waitress did not even understand why you did this. Luckily our waitresses were great but I will never be back. The entire time we were there, there were 6 or more vacant tables where we could have all sat. You should be ashamed. I grew up in the restaurant business and know how things work and you could have put us all together. You put other people beside us so why could you have not put our family beside us. So disappointing!!!!

If I can put negative I would. Don’t come here if you want hair in your food! Wait time took over 8mins to be seated, noticed people sat down in sections based off there race and only 3 waitresses on a busy Saturday. After ordering food noticed my pancakes looked weird lifted it and saw a bunch of hair in between. Thankful I haven’t even eaten anything and showed the waitress even asked for a manager. Manager was to busy in the kitchen that he couldn’t even face what went wrong with my breakfast. Lost appetite and left but noticed employees in kitchen not even wearing hairnets.

The service was good but the food took forever to come out, which was weird since it was only two pancakes, scrambled eggs, and two little pieces of cold sausage. Not worth the time or money.

Took 10 minutes for coffee and water to get to the table after we placed our drink order. The coffee was old and scorched. The meals did not arrive at the table until 30 minutes after ordering. The eggs arrived overcooked and cold; everything else was just cold. The men’s room needs a deep cleaning and some upkeep. There is dust buildup on horizontal surfaces (with exception of around the sinks), and the various partitions are sagging. This is very substandard for an iHop restaurant.
worst experience,the waiter would bring extra drinks we didn’t even order, didn’t even bring our silverware and took almost an hour to get our drinks. to make things even worse they tried to make us pay a check that wasn’t even ours. I would not recommend this place.

Went for dinner and soon as we walk in you hear rap music coming from the kitchen. It was loud enough that you can easily hear every cuss and vulgar word over the people in the dining room. The cooks in the back were also having very loud conversations that everyone could hear. My food was ok and my server was ok but another family had come in before we got there for a take out order and it took over an hour to get them their food. Not only that but they brought out incomplete orders twice to them and when the man finally ask for a manager it took 30min to get someone to address the issue. You could hear people in the back arguing about who should go out there. The man was friendly but frustrated and it was extremely unprofessional of the entire staff working.
