Twice in less than a month we’ve gone to IHop Kannapolis NC and no one acknowledged we had arrived. When waitress came to check us in tonight, she said we have a limited menu with 45 minutes before closing so y'all decide if you want to stay. Obviously our business was not wanted and we took our party of 8 to another restaurant. There was only one couple in the entire restaurant and they were already eating. We will not go back to this location.

We walked in. There were no costumers, no one at the host desk, no one at the checkout counter, didn’t see anyone in the kitchen. Me and my daughter waited because the sign says wait to be seated but now one came. No bell to ring to let someone know we was waiting. We saw one lady in a back corner booth on her phone. I would give zero stars be we got zero service.

Our server was amazing so nice and sweet but the staff conversation about it taking people 45 mins to clean there tables off was not good. Floors all over the restaurant looked like they hadn't been cleaned in days. Menus were stuck together and sticky. Took alot for me not to up and leave

First let me say we went on the night before Thanksgiving. The location was clean, but the service was horrible! We waited at the front for about 10 minutes before anyone came to seat us. Generally not a problem, but this places was not busy (there were three other customers at rhe time we came in). We were taken to our booth by a server who clearly had no intrest in being there. Our order was placed and the food came out at different times (person 1 received her meal so much before the rest of us that she was almost done before the rest if the table got their food). After receiving our food, we were not checked on or asked if everything was OK or if anything further was needed. As soon as the last bite was taken, the server arrived with the bill. Really just a poor experience.
