I was very disappointed in the food. My waffle was burnt, and my omelet didn't taste right. They were out of ice cream and "gravy mix." How can you be out of gravy mix? It consists of oil, flour, and milk or water. My daughter in law had to ask 3x for a tea refill. Grandson ask twice for silverware.

IHOP provided a great dining experience overall. The food was delicious, and our server was fabulous. Everything tasted great, and I appreciated that the water met my standards. Although the food was a bit pricey, I encountered no other issues during my visit.Parking: The day we were there, the parking lot close to the entrance was full, but there were plenty of parking spaces on the side and at the rear of the restaurant.Kid-friendliness: The server engaged with our child. They laughed at the server's playfulness.Wheelchair accessibility: They make accommodations for people who are in wheelchairs or disabled.

Ate there yesterday and am writing this while on the toilet:1. Nothing you will eat here will be crispy. Everything is soggy and mushy. Even my hash browns were undercooked.2. The atmosphere is similar to a Golden Corral. Nothing but crying babies, screaming kids running around, and a disgusting bathroom.3. The service was pretty good considering the rush but they got my order wrong. I asked for sunny side down eggs and they gave me undercooked sunny side up eggs instead (hence why I am on the toilet right now).4. The food was all room temperature.5. immediately felt sick after eating and will not be going here again.

Not sure what is going on with IHOP. Maybe Breakfast Time is killing them slowly. Food quality continues to decline as well as their stock of supplies. Yesterday, multiple tables had to be informed that the items they ordered couldn't be prepared due to lack of supply. Hats off to the staff for keeping a smile in an environment that sets you up to fail. Keep smiling, and I hope you all land somewhere that will value your contributions.
Food is never satisfying and service sucks. Every time I get take out, I leave way more disappointed. They make everything so difficult. Running out of stuff always like crepes and milkshakes. Disappointed.

I called in and the person hung up on the phone as I was just seeking clarity on something she was saying but couldn’t hear. . The signal was bad and it was hard to hear. However she hung up and when I called back no one answered. I’ll spend my money elsewhere.

I had a Double Cheeseburger with ketchup and pickles only and French fries and Orange Juice for 18 dollars pricey but at least the food is yummy and the service was okay and however the Bathrooms are very dirty smelly bathroom urinal and toilets are not clean and can't even wash my hands with the smelly. I get it's a public bathroom but Jeez you should at least clean it 3 times a day.
