Amazing food and amazing people. This place is perfect for bringing your family to and make memories. My kids absolutely love eating here. My favorite is the famous bowl. My husband’s favorite is the 8pc with two large sides, a biscuit, and a drink. Plus free refills. Hope y’all get to enjoy this restaurant like my family does.

Well, the food is what you expect from any KFC, but they don’t always have what you want here. They always seem to run out of original recipe chicken. On top of that it always seems like when I come here I’m bothering them. They always have an attitude that’s not conducive to good customer service. I always leaving here feeling like I really don’t even wanna come back but unfortunately for me this is the only KFC in my area.

KFC gets a five-star review because of John and John only. I messed up on my drink order on the app and was denied changing it at the intercom. When I explained my situation to John he said no problem with a smile and smoothed out my attitude with retro talk about beepers from the 73-99 era! If I pulled up and John is not available I will take my business elsewhere!

When I say this place is horrible!!!! It is the worst KFC there is. The place is nasty and smells, the service is rude and argumentative when trying to order and let’s not forget to mention the customer is never appreciated. Find somewhere else to go before you even think of turning in here!

It’s my birthday today, and I take a yearly splurge to KFC (medical reason, or I would go more often) The service at this KFC in Kannapolis is top-notch! The staff is friendly, attentive. Kudos to the entire team! I can’t say enough good things about the service at this restaurant. A big thank you to Will, for providing outstanding service throughout our meal, he went ABOVE and BEYOND to ensure a memorable dining experience. Thank you again!

i don’t know what it is with this location but they gon have to come off some of them fries, there is no reason i should have only 14 fries in this box unless y’all are purposely trying to short people
next time im bringing my scale, food should really be weighed not just randomly portioned.
and another thing, if you charge .52 cent for a kfc sauce then how bout ask me if i need sauces while im at the speaker so you already know bc when i come to the second window ready for my food and you got an attitude about a pack of sauce im sorry but you should’ve asked already o don’t mind paying but really it would just save my time and yours
but the african american women who took my order was kind and patient and i also like her voice so that’s a plus

DO NOT GO HERE! Came here twice in a week to get lunch for me and co-workers. Immediately the same day, our credit card numbers were stolen and had unauthorized transactions on it. We I spoke with fake "GM" he said to call corporate at 1800-kfc. Like how are you allowing your workers to steal from customers. Horrible customer service as well.
