If you order online for delivery, and they’re out of something, they won’t bother trying to contact you to tell you they’re out. They’ll just send you something else. Delivery is through DoorDash so when something comes up missing, they take no responsibility and want you to get in the car and come up there, whether you’re physically able to drive or not.
