First and foremost, I noticed that the cooks or the pizza makers didn’t have any type of gloves on. I worked in a pizza place before and my manager would get on my head about no wearing gloves. No gloves mean they are spreading cross contamination!

If you order online for delivery, and they’re out of something, they won’t bother trying to contact you to tell you they’re out. They’ll just send you something else. Delivery is through DoorDash so when something comes up missing, they take no responsibility and want you to get in the car and come up there, whether you’re physically able to drive or not. The manager was rude and couldn’t care less about making things right unless I drove up there. If he actually wanted to keep a customer happy, he’d get in the car and deliver the correct order. Never ordering from this location again.

Purchased 2 large pepperoni pizzas from this establishment and they no longer have parmasean cheese which goes on pizza. Got the nerve to charge you for some parmasean in a cup. That goes on pizza. I will not be going back to this establishment.

Talk about a disgusting building. I swear I don't know why I still go to Little Caesars but the pizza is so good. But the way the lobby looks I try not to look at it because I can only imagine what it looks like in the back. It is absolutely disgusting, from the windows to the rugs to the front of the counter, just thinking about it It makes me want to throw up that I actually eat the pizza and keep going back. And the staff! Their hair is so long that I can't believe it doesn't have to be in a hair net. They always have their rap music on and most of them are walking around dancing and rapping. And they will do that and look at you before coming to the cash register to greet you. Pretty unprofessional. Instead of dancing and rapping they need to be cleaning. I can't say enough how absolutely disgusting and filthy it looks. Oh my gosh, I can't believe I eat their pizza. But I love the slice and sticks with extra seasoning all over!

Bought two deep dish pies from here and I picked them up and walked in the store a minute after the notification for pick up and got two deep dish pizzas. My kids and I ate the first box and later they wanted the second box. I looked at the pizza it was completely burned, I mean charcoal. They still put it in the box and left it in the oven not caring. I called a few times that night to bring it back and the first time a lady told me to hold on transferred me to the manager and he hung up. I called back and spoke to another lil Cesar and they apologized and told me to bring it back. I brought it back the supervisor said he would make another I said no I am done with you guys. The place is not the best looking inside, everyone has an attitude. The guy in the front at the register in the day acts like you are bothering him to ask for sauce. He refunded me and I asked what would happen and he said what do you mean I gave you a refund. I said you need to train your staff they need to be retrained because they don’t care and I’ve read other reviews. Don’t go there save your extra dollars go to a real pizzeria . I was so mad I forgot to take pics. If you would have saw the audacity of the quality of care they had on the pizza you would be shocked.

Every time I go in this location the staff always acts as if it’s a pain to take my order. I typically attempt to get a Hot And Ready which is a joke. If it’s ready it’s not hot. Atleast not here. Has to be the worst Little Caesars out there. It’s the worst one I’ve been to. It’s like that no matter the time of day. To be honest I don’t see how any GM or DM would tolerate this store.

Not pleased with the service as I went there about ten minutes before closing & wanted cheese bread & the young lady said that they were getting ready to close & I couldn't order anything smh.. I'm big on customer service and I would never turn a customer away you service until the doors are locked.
