I was disappointed by the lack of customer service during my first visit to this establishment. Both ladies behind the counter acknowledged my presence but continued their conversation without offering any greeting. I stood there awkwardly for an unreasonably long time before anyone addressed me. Please don’t take this as a negative critique, but I do believe excellent customer service should be a top priority. On a positive note, the coffee I had was delicious, and the patriotic atmosphere was exceptional.

Walked in. Two employees (women). Stood at register, about 3ft in front of the person behind the counter. The other person walked behind me and behind the counter. I stood there an uncomfortable amount of time. Neither spoke or acknowledged me. Just weird and awkward. I walked out slowly, thinking one of them might say something, but nada. If you are into a strange, and unhelpful experience, this is definitely your place! I'm a veteran by the way & there was nothing "patriot" about it.

I come here all the time and order the same thing, perfect all the time. Always yummy. Perfect place to study, the tables and chairs don't rock, there is sunny/shaddy/in-between seating so it's great for any day. Most people who come in bring dogs so just be aware of that. Some of the newer girls could use some customer service skills, but that's the only time I had an issue with my order and they fixed it right away.
Overall pretty good place, gets crowded really fast so you gotta grab a seat when you find it. Proud to be a local patriot!

Love this! My husband, newborn, and I walked around town after being disappointed by another coffee place and wanted to find a location to hang and read for a bit. I got the iced Two Peeps (salted caramel and coconut) and WOW it was amazing. Cute atmosphere, friendly staff. I love that they allow dogs inside. I’ll definitely come back next time I come to town!

10/10 place! Unlike other coffee shops they have great WiFi which means I can work or study from here and enjoy the atmosphere and coffee!
