I was disappointed by the lack of customer service during my first visit to this establishment. Both ladies behind the counter acknowledged my presence but continued their conversation without offering any greeting. I stood there awkwardly for an unreasonably long time before anyone addressed me. Please don’t take this as a negative critique, but I do believe excellent customer service should be a top priority. Just got my package in! Super excited to try this in the morning! If you’re looking for really good coffee this is definitely the place to go! Great customer service and they support LEO, First Responders, and our Military current and prior! Top notch place with top notch flavors!
I come here all the time and order the same thing, perfect all the time. Always yummy. Perfect place to study, the tables and chairs don't rock, there is sunny/shaddy/in-between seating so it's great for any day. Most people who come in bring dogs so just be aware of that. Some of the newer girls could use some customer service skills, but that's the only time I had an issue with my order and they fixed it right away.
