I wanted to take a few minutes and share the wonderful experience we had on Thursday, August 29th. A group of 12 of us came in for a birthday. We did not call ahead or make a reservation. We arrived at 6PM and was told there was unfortunately an hour or so wait (all good that's on us for not planning ahead better). I ordered and paid for 2 dozen yeast rolls to take home. I was given 2 containers, which only included 1 dozen. When I returned to restaurant and spoke to the manager Tim, he refused to give me the other dozen even though I had a receipt to show that I had paid for 2 dozen. What TERRIBLE customer service! Beware of this restaurant, they do not care about their customers!
My wife and had gone to this location for the first time last night with our soon-to-be one year old, Logan. He was overtired, cranky and overall acting a menace. The staff was phenomenal about it and came over (a few times) to cheer him up and say hello. My order came out slightly undercooked for what I had ordered, but I genuinely fault myself because I just didn’t want it OVERcooked.
