I am reviewing food across the Kannapolis and Concord area. Logan's Steakhouse is a must try. Love the rolls and all the different flavor teas! Always a 10/10

Food was good the first time I went. Today I went and steak had no flavor and my wife was over cooked. But I will not go back because in the bathroom I was washing my hand next to one of the workers and he smelled like BO .

I rarely leave bad reviews, but my experience at Logan’s Roadhouse was beyond frustrating. First, the person I spoke to was not only rude but they also forgot several items in our order. When we called and let them know we had orders missing they then had us send someone to pick it up and once there they said we had to pay for the items AGAIN.

The rest of the food was either burned or severely under cooked. No one offered an apology or made any effort to make it right. For a place that’s supposed to be known for good service and hearty meals, this completely missed the mark.

Definitely not ordering again anytime soon. They will be losing our business for good which sucks for them when we have ordered for our business on several occasions and have spent several hundred dollars each time.

We had a large party and our server was absolutely awesome, our drinks were kept full and she made sure we had everything we needed. 5 stars for service. No one in my parties steaks were cooked right, fries were lukewarm and not crispy, my catfish was sweet and mushy not crispy and fried which was disgusting. The only redeeming meals were my brothers burger but if you mess up a burger you don't deserve to be in business anyways. Go 10 minutes down the road to Texas Roadhouse for a better dining experience

I called in an order and our Porterhouse steaks were soo chewy and I got a plain baked potato and ordered loaded potato
Very disappointed this time!!

To me, it was not a real steakhouse. Rather, it was a hamburger place that sold limited types of steaks.

Good food, good rolls, plenty of seating. The parking can get tight during peak times. Management needs to fix the pre-calculated tips on receipts to be pre-tax.

This is one of my go to restaurants. I'll call in orders and get my dinner to take to work. Today I tried and stayed on hold for five minutes. Hung up called back and got put on hold again for a call in. Unacceptable! Guess I'll be eating Taco Bell tonight.

This was at 3 o'clock in the afternoon by the way. No way they were busy.
