Whatever your expectations are for this place, lower them. The bar could be on the floor and they'd find a shovel. Gave us the wrong sandwich once, forgot to give another, and then also forgot to get condiments that we ordered. Also we ordered large fries and they filled them halfway. It's not a miscommunication, I ordered by app and they still find a way to mess up orders on different days at different times of day.

I was getting breakfast here every morning. Until it got to the point, i was sitting at the restaurant for 20 mins before i would get my food. AFTER I had ordered it on the mobile app, 15 mjns before I got to the restaurant. Which in turn would almsot make me late to work. So a total of 35 mins from ordering to picking up. I hadnt been here in several weeks and decided I wanted to try again. I get breakfast there today. A bacon, egg, and cheese bagel. Now mind u thid isnt the first time this has happened. But I get my bagel, drive to work. Go to bite into it and the bagel is so hard, I physically CAN NOT bite it. I know they have some new people and it seems service has gotten somewhat better. But why serve something that people physically can not eat?!?! They dont care. I will NOT be visiting this location again, at least for breakfast. I havent had hardly any issues from lunch or dinner at this location. Just breakfast.

The service and wait time alone give this place a terrible rating. My mom and I placed an order 20 minutes prior to pick up. We went inside but no one came to the counter so we drove around the drive thru to pick up but were told to pull into a spot along with 5 other cars. We still had to wait another 10 minutes. The food was still cold. I recommend going ANYWHERE ELSE!

Every single time I’ve ordered from this McDonald’s food is always late and cold and when I call them to ask about my order I’m always met with attitude and rudeness
The place is definitely built with the drive through in mind, a mobile order took around 30 mins just for the food then a few more for a sweet tea since they moved all of the drinks to the back of the kitchen. Music was blasting stupid loud that entire time, cutting in with random spotify type ads every few mins which means they are playing music through somebodies phone. Just generally a bad experience to add to an already annoying morning. The food is alright though, but that's MCD for you. Just overall the workers seemed confused on what was done and not done, I think mainly because they are dealing with the drive-through and the front area all at the same time, they should have separated forces for both.

How can you wait 12 to 15 minutes & the sandwich is not hot??!! I specifically asked for a made to order sandwich, which I guess that means extra special, as in you want it hot & fresh, but should not every order be made that way??!! I also ordered a small fry & let me say that the price they charge for it isn't worth it!!! You barely get 12 fries for $2.59 before tax!! & they were lukewarm!!! I waited 12 plus minutes for lukewarm food!! & the overweight female had a very non chalant attitude!! I actually think that she may have given me the same fries back, because they were lukewarm & looking limp & pitiful too!!, after I had walked back in & gave the first ones back. This place is pitiful!! They need to learn what hot food is!! I feel sad for those who frequent here on a regular, I was just passing thru. Now I know to bypass this place in the future!! I found out that there is another McDonald's down the opposite end, may want to go there. I didn't go to this one, but was happy to see it, maybe next time.

The food is fine, the customer service is absolute trash. When they hand me my food or card I say thank you 100 times and not a single person says “you’re welcome”, “no problem”, “have a good one” NOTHING. won’t be coming to this location anymore because once again my order was incorrect and it’s not that fing hard to put a couple burgers and fries in a bag and make sure it’s correct, they have the nastiest attitude when you go in and tell them it’s wrong so why not check yourself to make sure your bagging correctly. sorry ass employees need to do better.
