Came thru drive thru last night, to get my kids a 20 piece nugget! We get home to split them 5 a piece, we only have 17… i was really pissed.. too tired to go back and they keep their phone off the hook!

Every single time I try ordering a zero sugar drink for myself the staff, seemingly purposely, always makes a full sugar drink. This is the fifth time in a row that I’ve ordered a zero sugar drink only to find out when I get to work that it’s full sugar. I’m diabetic and this can literally kill me. All I want is dinner for work because I work 3rd shift but these people seem to think it’s funny to mess with a diabetic persons food!!!!!

Very dirty and nasty. Staff is always dirty and get your orders wrong almost every time. If you like cold food. And getting your order wrong. This is the McDonald's you're looking for. Sad, If you want cold food and prejudice service this is the place. Make room for loyal business to serve our community and represent NC. Not a good decision to eat here. I would not waist my money on this plastic food.
