I just have to say I am very pleased and thankful for New York Pizza and their amazing staff. Today is Christmas and honestly I was overwhelmed and didn't feel like making Dinner. Not only was the establishment open, but even while slammed with customers and calls the staff was pleasant while taking our order. We were quoted 1hr to 1hr 45 mins due to the volume. just ordered their Large Deluxe Pizza and House Salad with French dressing....it was delicious they make the dressing so fresh and so so good!!!!
order a footlong philly chessesteak and it was filled full of hard burnt pieces throughout the sub, i called to complain and they wanted me to drive all the way back tonight to get remade. i live good bit aways and they said thats the only way we can reticfy the service. im never going back and yall have lost a loyal customer. i hardly ever complain and i even ask if they can credit me a sub for later, no unless i bring the nasty sub back. i threw the food away due it being gross....read full review
