We have been getting our pizza here for at least 7 years. The pizza is always good. Today we ordered delivery. It arrived hot and fresh in under 20 minutes. Delivery guy was super friendly. Pizza was delicious. Crispy. No flop jalop. I'm going to give this a professional score of 8.7. As we all know, that's a great score 👍
If Nick is working, the food is going to be amazing. The chicken calzone took me back to my childhood. Keep Nick in the kitchen, he is on amazing chef.

Thankfully, I have time today because as of right now, it was my second time going up there to get food that was not done correctly. First, let me say this is false advertisement because the prices that are list on the website are not the same prices that are listed in store if things changed please update the website because as of right now it’s looking like a 2 to 3 dollar difference in the first place The initial time was a call in for a Stromboli. She gave me my price and I said that seems wrong. She said well you added topping and I said correct however I was just here April 13 and I ordered the same exact meal and you’re quoting me five dollars more. I left it alone until I got into the Location Once there she pointed to the Stromboli, price however she rung me up for a calzone and I said well that’s where you went wrong your rung me up for the wrong she apologize and asked do I want the Calzone or do you want me to make the Stromboli which I stated I would like the Stromboli item she said it’ll be another 15 minutes. I patiently waited outside for an additional 15 minutes on top of the 20 minutes I had to wait for the item originally. I get the item go home and inside the dough is uncooked. I tried to explain to both of the gentlemen that the dough is uncooked by bringing the food back up to them so they can see it and the response was because there’s so many ingredients inside the dough is not gonna be cooked ???? Huh This makes no sense. I recently just had this item from this location on top of, I’ve had Stromboli’s from many places in the dough inside is definitely cooked. I even pointed out the outside in the middle was still uncooked. The older gentleman tried to go back-and-forth with me about the dough and then threw his hands up and took the item. I said yes please give me my refund. While the other gentleman was ringing up my refund, the older gentleman came back to me, saying this is the second time I had to make your food. …which I said please do not blame the first one on me when she clearly rang it up wrong. Do not get frustrated with me because I’ve had a bad experience. I understand customers are not always right however, in this situation, I was right both times. No, I will not be going back to each his own.

We have been ordering delivery from here since we moved to kannapolis in late 2021. The food, delivery time and service has never disappointed. I don't know the nice lady's name is who answers the phone to take my order but she is absolutely great, friendly and has a awesome sense of humor.
Pizza and wings were good. My fiance really enjoyed the veggie Stromboli.

I just have to say I am very pleased and thankful for New York Pizza and their amazing staff. Today is Christmas and honestly I was overwhelmed and didn't feel like making Dinner. Not only was the establishment open, but even while slammed with customers and calls the staff was pleasant while taking our order. We were quoted 1hr to 1hr 45 mins due to the volume. Being that it's Christmas I completely understood and didn't mind the wait. Our food arrived Hot and Fresh in less than that hour. The delivery person heard my dog at the door while giving my husband our order and even was sweet enough to give our dog a treat. I have always had a great experience with the staff, but this was above and beyond on a day like today. Thank you for one being open on Christmas day and two for taking care of our family.

I’ve been getting food from this place since they opened I’ve had good experiences and bad ones too but here lately it’s all been bad except for the delivery driver he tries. As far as food goes it’s blend no seasoning or too much seasoning, it’s like the owners don’t care when I ask for specific instructions on how I would like my food cooked, it’s their way or the highway and from now on it’s the highway for me I’m not gonna be paying 20 to 25 dollars each time just to end up throwing over half of the food away!. This place is a waste of time and money.
