Me and my husband ordered ahead online and picked up through the drive though. I had been texted and emailed when my order was ready. Turns out, someone else picked it up; whoever had been helping with the DoorDash and online orders didn't check names. We were told we would talk to a manager twice and then someone came up to the window and said that there weren’t any managers available, but he’ll figure it out. We had to wait for over 10 minutes for them to remake our food. It was very frustrating. I work in food service, so I can understand taking a minute to make an order, but this was insane how long we waited for it.

Very clean, nice location. My low rating is due to very low portions. For $8.50 plus $1.50 premium cost, you should receive more than 3 pieces of shrimp and 1piece of chicken. I understand portion and cost control, but this store went too far.

I truly love Panda Express and usually have great experiences, but this was my first time visiting this location since it’s closer to home, and unfortunately, it was very disappointing. The food was cold, and the portion sizes were terrible — I barely got any walnut shrimp, as you can see in the picture. For the price, I expected fresh, hot food and a fair portion like other locations usually serve.
I really hope management takes this feedback seriously because I genuinely enjoy Panda Express and would love to see this location improve.

I just picked up my dinner at your location, and I don't understand why everytime I order from this location that I am always missing food from my order. They didn't even update their app. to let me know my order was ready. Your employee's need to take more pride in the job they are doing or your company needs to have a better training program.
