Park Road Soda Shoppe

Went with my sister and 2 nephews. Food was delicious. However, it was very evident they were ready for us to leave at 8:59, since they closed at 9. Arrived at 7:30 to eat. Ordered dessert to enjoy together at the restaurant, but it was packed to go. Definitely felt pushed out the door. Ashame since my family and I order out from there quite often. Will NOT be back.

The food was good. My only complaint and confusion is we were charged separately for the sides they claimed came with our meal. Why? Our bill was over a hundred dollars for 5 people who got $10 meals just because we were charged for the sides that we thought were part of our meal. I just don't understand that? We will not be back. We went there because we thought it would be affordable, we were shocked at the shady pricing.

Poor customer service and bad attitude

Got our to go order wrong giving me beef instead of a veggie burger. Basically wanted us to bring the wrong order back before we could get the correct order which would have ruined everyone else's dinner. Just trashed it and made myself a grilled cheese at home. No apologies just needed proof that it was wrong.

Food is always good and the staff is always friendly! A good variety of food offerings.

The food, atmosphere and staff were absolutely incredible! My husband had the fried peanut butter and banana sandwich that Elvis would swoon over! I had a cheeseburger that was as good as if it came off your backyard grill! Highly recommend and we will be back soon!

Hadn’t come here in a long time, but it was just as good as I remembered. Had the Cajun burger and fries, and both were good. The service was fast and friendly. The atmosphere is cute. It was crowded but we were able to get a seat, but be prepared to wait a few minutes if you come during the lunch rush.

Kid-friendliness: Burgers and fries. Lots of kid friendly options. Kid sized portions too.
