Went two days in a row, 7/23 and 7/24 both times I had the same worker, and let’s just say not impressed. For starters she overcharged us. I had a kitty sized cone that was 6 DOLLARS. I did add condensed milk and asked for extra syrup, so I understand the .75 cent charge for both bringing the total to 5 dollars not 6. Secondly both times there was no condensed milk in the middle of the cone, and very little syrup when I had specifically asked for extra, and was charged for it might I add. I had a friend that used to work here so I know what is supposed to be put on. Lastly the worker is very rude. For example while I was there on 7/24 another customer had received the wrong cone and the lady was very rude to her, even made me and my friends cone before remaking hers.

This place is cute good for kids but the snowball snowcones were just okay. I have been spoiled by having the ones in Hawaii. They are much better. This place has 100 flavors which is great. I got the honeydew melon and the fruitasia. Unfortunately the honeydew melon flavor wasn’t that flavorful. Next time I will try something else. The the people there were nice and the service great.

Horrible service on 9/12/23. As we're pulling into the parking lot the "OPEN" sign is turned on. We park and get out of the car and are reading the sign on the door stating that they will be closing at 8P.M. from now on due to fall hours. Great it's 7:03 so we've still got about an hour, NOPE! The girl opens the window, tells us she's closed for the night and shuts the window back. Change your hours to 7P.M. if that's when you're going to stop serving guests.
Great snowballs but you never know when they will be open at the Kannapolis location,hours on the door say 12-9 but they never open until 2 and for the past week they’ve been closing at 8:00 everyday,poor business and aggravating when I drive there for no reason.
