Horrible service on 9/12/23. As we're pulling into the parking lot the "OPEN" sign is turned on. We park and get out of the car and are reading the sign on the door stating that they will be closing at 8P.M. from now on due to fall hours. Great it's 7:03 so we've still got about an hour, NOPE! The girl opens the window, tells us she's closed for the night and shuts the window back. Change your hours to 7P.M. if that's when you're going to stop serving guests.

Great snowballs but you never know when they will be open at the Kannapolis location,hours on the door say 12-9 but they never open until 2 and for the past week they’ve been closing at 8:00 everyday,poor business and aggravating when I drive there for no reason.

I love going to pelican snowballs. My favorite thing is a thing called the grim reaper.
I've never been a fan of snow cones before but I love pelican's! You don't get left with a rock hard ice ball with no flavor and you can add cream or sweetened condensed milk to make your cone even more delicious. Definitely worth the stop on a hot day!

What a great day for a sour Snoball! Super fun stop on a day like today! The flavors are endless! The dogs even enjoyed a 1/2 vanilla / 1/2 peanut butter Snoball topped with a cute doggie treat! They all gave it 4 paws up!

The snowballs are great and the people were very friendly. I would give 5 stars but the owner really needs to have the area sprayed for bugs. We were constantly attacked by bees and mosquitoes non stop so we had to eat our snack in the car instead.
