Please check your pizza before u leave the store… I trusted them for 2nd time. Places a order was told 15 mins got there in 16 got home 4 mins after an pizza looked like its been sitting over night… not acceptable if I ever order again I will check before I pull off

Sure, wish Pizza Hut didn't replace their pans. However, the pizza was really good . Miss the waitress, though. I have to clean my house then go out and have to clean my table ? definitely a 4 star ?

This location has went down hill over the past year. Now they have drivers that swear they rang your doorbell and knocked yet there's no video footage of them on security cameras ever being here. This is the 3rd time this has happened.

Way different than the original Pizza Hut we had. The service and food has gone way down hill. Soon avoid the hassle and hit the Little Ceasars 2 mins farther.
Horrible customer service server made us put up our daughters highchair without cleaning it because she was to lazy to do it herself as well as handing a 2 year old a hot dish of pasta would not recommend if you have small children not family friendly

DO NOT GO TO THIS PIZZA HUT!! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! Extremely rude staff and terrible customer service. The staff has no problem cussing and screaming at you on the phone while taking your order. I have never had such an unprofessional experience in my life and my family and friends will be hearing about this experience and we will be going to papa johns in kannapolis from now on, where they are kind and professional with their customers. Pizza arrived WRONG and COLD. They didn't bother to correct the issue either. Just more being cussed at by miss girl on the phone!! DO NOT GO TO THIS PIZZA HUT. Trust me the extra couple dollars are worth taking your business elsewhere!!!!!!!

Ordered delivery of 2 pizza melts for approximately $20 actual price with tip was $23. 2 full melts was like a small pizza folded over, which is exactly what I was told it was. A medium pizza ($7.99) is about the same price as a single melt ($6.99). Pizza Hut has a great scam going on. I fell for it. Don't you fall for it. Look at the menu image versus what I got ( which is supposed to be 2 melts, each cut in half). Must be a 5 year old holding the melt half in the menu image!

Pizza Hut was remodeled a few years back and the new layout works much better than the previously outdated interior.My husband and I have eaten in the restaurant several times since the remodel. The service is fast and friendly.Best thin crust in town (crispy without being burnt) and the spicy French fry basket is honestly the best thing on the menu.(which is odd for a pizza place but it's true).

I ordered a 12" pizza and maybe the guy who served me was new there because he never knew how to explain what he was offering me. Until I spoke to another person then he understood me and explained to me that there the pizzas are not by inches anymore. good for pan size.
