(This is the pizza hut on cannon blvd near jackson park and lane st, Kannapolis) Food was really good! You'll notice they are well staffed but you'll be surprised when you might have to stand at the counter for a whole minute before someone comes to you, even after making eye contact.

The thin crust tasted like frozen/cardboard bread. Apparently no sauce. Cheese and pepperoni were nothing special. Basically, $22 for a $6 Red Baron frozen pizza. People were nice (Romano's Pizza was closed)

I received a coupon for my late pizza so I called this location to redeem it. I had to go through so much extra explaining that I hung up and called the one on Church Street to get it done! I understand people lie all the time but making a customer feel like they are lying is a way to Lose Money

I made a mistake when placing my order in the app. It was supposed to be a one topping pepperoni. But it was just cheese. I asked the manager if she could fix it. She did! Thank you 😊 Great customer experience. I didn't get her name. She had short dark hair.
Please check your pizza before u leave the store… I trusted them for 2nd time. Places a order was told 15 mins got there in 16 got home 4 mins after an pizza looked like its been sitting over night… not acceptable if I ever order again I will check before I pull off
