I dont care if the food is good, but the zero service and kiosks are the worst. I hate having to scan for a drink and ha ing nobody to ask questions. Worst type of restaurants do this. Definitely won't be back. Huge chains being cheap and replacing people with kiosks

This was my first time to a Steak and Shake since the kiosk ordering system was put in place so that was alittle odd! But our food came out so fast and it was delicious! The staff was helpful!
My husband even said he would prefer their burgers over In and Out!

Haven’t been to Steak n Shake in years, thought they were going downhill. Stopped in today just out of curiosity, and was pleasantly surprised. No more expensive than McDonalds and a thousand times better! Two double steak burgers with medium fries and a large drink, less than $20! Will definitely be back!

Their website, Google and the sign on door clearly says this place is open until Midnight but yet this is my 2nd (and last) time coming here and the door is locked at least an hour before midnight. They’re called “business hours” for a reason stand by them or change them!

I hadn’t been to Steak ’n Shake in almost 10 years, and I’m honestly so impressed with the improvements. The inside was spotless and felt newly renovated, with a fun retro diner vibe and neon lights. This is officially my new favorite fast-food restaurant.
I ordered the Bitcoin Burger and got a kids meal for my son (only $5!), and everything was cooked perfectly. The pickles were amazing. I used the digital ordering menu, which was super easy to navigate.
All the employees looked clean and professional, and the kitchen was absolutely spotless—you can clearly see into it from the dining room. Overall, a great experience and I’ll definitely be back!

Wow this place is good. Oh yes they actually take BITCOIN freaking wild. The food I have had twice and highly recommended getting cheese sauce to dip your fries 😋

One sandwich had product left off, ordered coffee and w it came it was black and I asked for cream and was told sorry they didn't have cream. No refills on Drinks, machine were turned off. Could only pay with credit no place to pay cash. Saw 2 others come go because of credit only no cash. All this then we have to do all the work from placing orders, pick up order and dump trash. Too many better places to eat and get r eat service.
