I eat from Subway at least 2times a week. Went to this location and got a 6in cold cut. This i sandwiche I get on the regular. Paying $7.00 for just a sandwich from Subway is insane. My receipt says cold cut combo. I normally pay 5.86 for a cold cut sandwich and a lil of $8 for th3 combo. I feel I was cheated out of my money at this location. Service is great place is clean but cheating me out of my money is a No.

I’ve been coming to this subway for a long time, and I can definitely say that the store’s cleanliness has improved a lot after the change in management. The food quality is amazing, and veggies and meat are always fresh. The food portions are great and staff happily add extra toppings when I ask for them. The manager is extremely nice and I always get service with a smile.

This is my local Subway and I’ve been coming here many times throughout the years, staff have always been polite and helpful and I’ve seen them many times. However, the new managers are extremely rude and unbelievably stingy. They refuse to honor certain coupons even when said coupons aren’t expired, they are stingy with meats and vegetables and when you ask for extra veggies (olives, sweet peppers, etc), they will either refuse, or only put one or two more vegetables on it. Ive also noticed that on one occasion they reused the same knife to close 3 separate sandwiches of mine. This CANNOT be sanitary. They will always hang around the dining area of the store and are nosey when you are ordering, don’t think i’ve never seen them not be in the store. Overall, these new managers (owners?) are horrid and significantly worsen the experience of ordering food at this location. Sad to see such a beloved location become such a headache. Again however, the employees themselves are lovely and the food is good. Prices have also skyrocketed, don’t know if this is related to new owners or not, but 3 dollars for a small drink is absurd.

For the 2nd time now Ana has risen to the occasion with our orders. Thankfully she had help this time. But the last order we placed she had 2 coworkers who hung out in the back then came out and attempted to assist her in the last of 6 sandwiches. I want to thank Ana because bit only she save me from having to cook again this evening. But she was pleasant, professional and an absolute joy to have serving me. She actually remembered the majority of my last order which became my family is predictable she knew before I even had to say them. I don't know what this young lady is being paid but hopefully it is enough for her to stay. Again thank you Ana for your prompt, professional and speedy service. She deserves a raise based off her performance yet again.

I went into the store today to resolve an online order. I ordered online, the transaction went through and took my money, but I did not receive a confirmation email of my order nor was it in the app. I called the store location I ordered to see if they received my order, but the phone call didn't go through. So then I went into the store. And the first girl I spoke to was sweet and wanted to fix my problem for me; however, she wasn’t the person in charge and she was about to clock out to leave anyways . I didn’t mind bc I wouldn’t want her to be in trouble, I just wanted answers of how to fix the issue. She grabbed another employee and her name was Ana. She gave me a hard time and her energy was already rude af. I explained to her to situation and so she went to the back and called her manager Shannon to help resolve the issue, but both were unhelpful and not a delight and try to basically make me “go away”. Ana basically told me “my manager said you probably have the wrong address so to check where you sent it to” and then I told her “no, it’s not the wrong address as it’s the only subway I go to and close to my house. And I did not get the confirmation email so I can’t see anything regardless if that was a mistake, which it wasn’t, but my money was taken so I’m just trying to figure out what to do about this situation” and then she says “well we didn’t get it on our end so yeah.” And walks off to the back to go hide. I asked for her name and she didn’t respond. I had to ask another employee for her name. Had she just let me know on how I can handle the situation or give me a number to call so they can handle it I would have been fine and went on with my day. But that girl, ana, was rude and helpless and not professional at all she had an attitude the moment the other girl went to go get her. You guys really need to teach these young kids, how to talk to customers.
