Small towns; ya just gotta love 'em. My tuna all the way was awesome as usual, and the woman who crafted it couldn't have been more friendly and accommodating. Even the customers were social. I'll be back...

I went into the store today to resolve an online order. I ordered online, the transaction went through and took my money, but I did not receive a confirmation email of my order nor was it in the app. I called the store location I ordered to see if they received my order, but the phone call didn't go through. So then I went into the store. And the first girl I spoke to was sweet and wanted to fix my problem for me; however, she wasn’t the person in charge and she was about to clock out to leave anyways . I didn’t mind bc I wouldn’t want her to be in trouble, I just wanted answers of how to fix the issue. She grabbed another employee and her name was Ana. She gave me a hard time and her energy was already rude af. I explained to her to situation and so she went to the back and called her manager Shannon to help resolve the issue, but both were unhelpful and not a delight and try to basically make me “go away”. Ana basically told me “my manager said you probably have the wrong address so to check where you sent it to” and then I told her “no, it’s not the wrong address as it’s the only subway I go to and close to my house. And I did not get the confirmation email so I can’t see anything regardless if that was a mistake, which it wasn’t, but my money was taken so I’m just trying to figure out what to do about this situation” and then she says “well we didn’t get it on our end so yeah.” And walks off to the back to go hide. I asked for her name and she didn’t respond. I had to ask another employee for her name. Had she just let me know on how I can handle the situation or give me a number to call so they can handle it I would have been fine and went on with my day. But that girl, ana, was rude and helpless and not professional at all she had an attitude the moment the other girl went to go get her. You guys really need to teach these young kids, how to talk to customers.

Food is always fresh!!! The bread is always soft!! Cookies are my fav!! The staff is polite and helpful!!! Store is ALWAYS clean!! Manager is always hardworking and takes care of the customer ;)

Employees were very disrespectful when me and my friends went in and bought some food and we were sitting in there, they kept complaining and telling us to leave when we didn’t even finish our food. The food was also undercooked. Overall experience was really bad and we felt very disrespected and the workers were extremely rude.

The service was prompt, the sandwich was good and the prices are reasonable. They offer a good variety of choices and options. We have always had good service at this location. They do not offer unsweetened tea however.

I just picked up my food right before it closed so I didn’t check it. However both of the subs I ordered were made wrong. They didn’t put cheese on my sub or some of the toppings I asked for. I don’t recommend this place. Definitely just want my refund but online customer service doesn’t even work.

The women working today was very professional! But the man working today doesn’t need to be working in a customer service industry. Very very rude.A customer walked in and the man working said “are you picking up a to go order” and the customer said no and the man working shook his said and huffed. The customer said you know what I’ll just leave and walked out. Poor guy felt like he wasn’t even welcomed when he was probably on lunch break hungry from his job!I work at fast paced sit down restaurants and I totally understand being busy and stressed, but you don’t treat customers that way.He then said to go orders are prioritized so the man continued to ignore all customers inside and kept making the door dash sandwiches. Which led to an old couple that walked out the door.I ordered my sandwich and wasn’t asked if I needed anything else so I waited to order my kids sandwich (as they were busy so I waited) trying to be nice and understanding because like I said I get it!When I said I also need a kids Italian the man again shook his head and said something under his breath I didn’t catch.Again if working in customer service is too much, find something else. I was nice the entire time and honestly wasn’t going to leave this review until he said something under his breath to me. Very rude.
This Subway would not take my coupon that I received in the mail the same day. The check stated they didn't take coupons, even though it was a from the Subway Corporation. That's bad business practices in my book, reason enough for me to not go back!

I have called hr due to this is the most toxic subway I have been to in years…. And I go to this subway a lot…. The new manager gets frustrated if you ask for a drink tray. And then takes the anger to her next customers…. Also counts mkney with gloves while putting veggie on your sandwich. And if you ask her to follow restaurant directions… she will make her one employee run the line while she acts to good……. And let’s not forget about her boyfriend acting like a a bouncer while they already are kot Makeing your fooood till you….. change your attitude ……. I BELIVE I will be calling a higher up. And this restaurant needs to be fixed and ALLLLLL EMPLOYEES NEED TO BE RE SERVSAFE AND SUBWAY NEEDS TO MAKE SURE EVEYONE THERE IS SERV SAFE CERTIFICATION IS UP TO DATE …… and no boyfriends should be around acting like a bouncer because I don’t want someone counting money… then putting lettuce on my sandwich. Because she’s manger and can hide behind a huge company… please no one go to this location till I have fixed this…. At this point I’m about to run that subway.. after what I witnessed ……. I can’t add video but things will be changing at this location.
