Rude, impatient employees. Actually did a nose pick signal when I didn't tip them. It was $18 for two half subs that they are paid to make. They aren't waiters so no tip. There shouldn't even be an option to tip at checkout.

Ms A Watkins is the best or good enough we could say, guess she loves her job she mentioned what her passion was; not sure what y'all think about her for those that know her as well but she seems people friendly to me @ least & willing to fix your food the way you desire?

Subway is located at 2825 Lane St, Kannapolis, NC Located inside the store aside from the subway partition to the registers the Sandwich makers all the way to the clerks showed complete hospitality amongst my visit. With private bathrooms showers laundry and office space for truckers or car riders to relax this subway edition makes it worth stopping in for a bite to eat amongst local or long distant travels. The store also offers everything under the sun that you could imagine however this review is for the SUBWAY as the Sandwich was made fast prompt hot and delicious when ordered.Thankyou Subway I hope those who read this review enjoyed the same experience.Vegetarian options: Fresh cut vegetables for fixings as for your sandwich wraps or salads.Parking: Within yards from the exit off highway 85 it makes getting in and out for big rigs and local commuters easy accessKid-friendliness: Nothing says more than a kid friendly meal along with cookies apple slices and an activity toy or coloring activity page

This subway is located inside a pilot truck stop. Foods great, service well its in a truckstop s you can gather the atmosphere...I can handle it, doesn't bother me as long as the food is clean and good.

Extremely saddened by my last visit here. This use to be my favorite Subway it was always smiling faces and tasty fresh subs & fresh baked cookies yum! However my last visit with this entire establishment was disgraceful and borderline disgusting from start to finish it was all bad. Pull in and was stunned by how nasty the parking lot was but to my amazement the store was much much worse and to top off the horrendous conditions of the place I never met an employee that wasn't cussing and fussing about their job and how the shift before theirs left the store in a disarray. I am just extremely hopeful that things will get back to normal for this location because it's def. missed.
