The frozen yogurt was great and my kids absolutely love it. Many flavors and many more toppings. The thing that really irked me the wrong way was the terminal asking for a tip... it's already over priced, now you want me to give you more money for standing around while I got my food?! No thank you.

Clean, fast service, employees that care. When I was there, a little boy was learning to read with his mother while enjoying his frozen snack. The Atmosphere was definitely a good place for them to study.

They always keep the toppings full and its all very neat and tidy!

Great service and workers are polite. However, after making my own frozen yogurt and then adding my own toppings to said yogurt. The payment terminal asked me for a tip. The audacity of this is insane to me. No service was performed for me to tip for. This is so crazy to me. The company should be ashamed of themselves. And I hope they aren’t using this as a way to pay employees less.

Great ice-cream. Sort of pricey but pretty much the same price as everything these days. Christian company. Easy to get to. Right beside little Ceasars so you can get pizza and ice cream all in one go.

Kid-friendliness: Good for kids, has stool I'm bathroom for handwashing.

Why did you change the chocolate? It used to be deep dark brown. I went in yesterday and it was light brown and tasted light soft serve ice cream. Disappointing since I drove from 3o mins away. I hope it goes back to

I went in to the location in Kannapolis . I accidentally left my card in the register which then charged me for the person behind me yogurt. When I got home and realized that I had left my card and was double charged I called the store. They said they did have my card and a manager would have to refund me. I have called and gone up there over 5 times still no refund . $35 is a lot of money to be over charged for ice cream. I was given a number of a manager named Mallory or Melanie a ladies M name but she was not at the store when she said she would be.. I just want my money back .

I just paid $23 f for 2 cups of too soft frozen yogurt. They were missing peanut butter cups, chocolate brownies, gummy bears and more . I mentioned going to get the items at Walmart because it’s next door- and the young man simply doesn’t care. Will not be coming back.

Davion is professional and friendly. Good employees make you want to frequent an establishment. Good job young man
