Placed a to-go order, had to wait for the staff to get off the phone in order to pick up my food. Customer service was not good whatsoever. An the food lacked flavor and the vegetables that were supposed to come with the meal. I also ordered the noodles that just looked like boiled spaghetti. Save your time and money and don't eat here.

Cashier looked as if I was interrupting her while being on her laptop at register. Waited received my food and the chicken was extremely dry like it was leftover from the previous night and rice was hard as well.. I was extremely tired and hungry but should have read these reviews prior to coming in… I will NOT be returning poor quality food.

Food used to be great, now they got lazy. I don’t ever get teriyaki in my food anymore. Dry rice, burnt carrots, and hard broccoli. Used to be my fav spot, but now I’m going to just go to the mall. 😞

I wish I could of read the reviews before hand. But don't waste your money, shrimp sauce was more bland than water, it didn't have flavor or color. The food looked good but it was lacking flavor, everything was bland, including the rice. As an Asian to go spot, I expected better. The only hot sauce they could provide was Texas Pete hot sauce like whyyyy, we need Sriracha or hot oil. Food was ready quick tho. Other than that, don't even waste your money, McDonald's fries have more salt than my entire order.

If it's an hour before close or less you're not getting food here. Every and I mean EVERY night they turn off online orders and sit there ignoring the calls!! Lazy! 🙃

The short chubby one is rude. You can’t answer simple questions about the food then quit. Made me want to get out of character on her. Just do your job and if you got an attitude or unhappy you can go find a better job.

I always order the same thing and never had issues but today I asked for no vegetables like i always do but they added the carrots in anyways, I also asked for a SIDE of chicken not extra chicken and they threw it on with chicken order in another box (it wasn’t for the same person which is why i asked for a side) i mention that and the person could care less cause they were too busy on their phone. and when i asked for drink i ordered they proceeded to make me wait another 5 minutes for it. horrible customer service so i will no longer be going to this location,

The chicken was dry. They didn't add any of the extras I ordered to the meal, which I paid for. It was ordered through Door Dash, so when complaining to Sogo, they don't care about anything they screwed up. I complained to Door Dash also.

Good location. Good parking facilities outside.. we were on our way driving to NC and stopped here for late lunch . Kids got lemonades in Dunkin next door and we ordered food here in Sogo express .. service was good. The chef was quick and made food quickly… ambience wasn’t that good . The floor was wet and slippery .
Price wise it was cheaper than many other restaurants. Got lunch special for less than 10$, which is rare these days .. but the taste wasn’t extraordinary. It was ok. Teriyaki chicken was a bit dry. Not much of spice . Couldn’t eat the whole thing . Wish it was tastier .. good food for the price though. Had a good experience but could be better . 3 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️

I love it there! Probably my favorite restaurant. The food is amazing and i love all the cool tricks that they do there aswell. The service can be a bit slow depending on the time you go, but i definitely recommend this place!
