If I could give 0 stars I would.. if you close at 9 then close AT 9 not 8:40. You should still be taking customers at that time. Had to ask the lady at the register if they were closed cause she was just ignoring the fact that I just walked in.

The service is so quick it's almost hard to believe it was t already prepared for me. Still quality is still important to maintain and depending on the time of day you go the rice is mushy and chicken dried out but you get a warning before you just ignore the fact they hardly answer the phone after if the screen the caller id. The staff are basically just there to do their job the kitchen looks ready to cook a buffet as it never looks busy and yet the phone never gets answered. Still a good place to eat just need to catch it before closing time for the best quality food.

I love coming to this location. The food is always good and they service is as well. But i came one day and the cashier was so rude. You could tell she was on her cell phone cause of her AirPods. She seems like she didn’t care. And answering the phone, she has no skills with that. She got my and someone else’s food mixed up, thankfully I checked my food before I left.

I was expecting the same taste as Sogo in concord. Nope. And none of my modifications we met But the food wasn’t bad overall, sauce is a rocket ? however the pretty cashier was HORRIBLE. Sooo rude

This is the second time buying food from sogo and it was very disappointing. They don’t answer the phone, it was 1 pm and nobody answered after I was very persistent, a lady answered and hanged up, never called back either, horrible customer service! Then I ordered online for pick up, arrived 10 min after like I was supposed to, the rice was not made recently, and everything was cold, and they didn’t closed the box. I mean is like they are doing you a favor. Not coming back to the kannapolis location again!
You have to call back to back just to get connected to someone! They will answer, place you on hold and mysteriously the call drops! Good food, poor customer service as far as simply getting connected! Do better!!

Girl with the pink hair needs to pay attention more as well as being nicer I called to place a Togo order she said “hold a minute” and hang up then I came to place to to go order at the restaurant she got my order wrong when I told her she had an attitude about it and still didnt understand what I asked for she didn’t smile nor say sorry or anything nice just go an attitude she also got a wrong order for a gentleman that was waiting before me he explain multiple times and still got it wrong and the whole time I was there waiting for my food she kept one hanging up the phone

Lightskin pretty girl with the nice eyes needs to be a little nicer and get off her phone when she has a line of people! I’ve been eating here for years and once she came the atmosphere and attitude she hands out is insane! Send her all the way home
