The place was clean and tidy inside. A young man named Jacob welcomed me and confirmed my order on the Taco Bell app. He had a positive energy and sense of urgency that I'm not used to seeing at most Taco Bells I've been too. My order for two came out promptly and was accurate.
Hope they keep Jacob around and treat him well because he was great!

Ok, location. Stopped by for a quick lunch heading towards Salisbury. Drive thru line was LONG, so we were hoping the dining room was open. It was, but unfortunately, they were busy and short staffed, so we had to use their kiosks (which I HATE). After a few struggles, the worker realized I needed help, so she ended up offering to take our order. The food was good. Baja blast always hit. Bathrooms were very clean, and so was the dining area. No complaints and wouldn't mind stopping by again.
Terrible, absolutely terrible service, extremely slow and a very bad attitude my meal was like $17.00… DONT GO BACK UP AND ASK FOR AN EXTRA SAUCE! They have some sort of a shortage gonna have ta bill ya another .75. Never again

I ate at this Taco Bell previously. I bypassed 2 others to revisit. I ordered the Cantina Chicken Bowl. I got all the way home to realize half the portion was given on top of the chicken being very dry and the bowl appeared to not be freshly made. I returned to Taco Bell. The manager seemed very bothered by the return asking "what's wrong with it" (problem #1) well if you're the manager and you can't see that the bowl is improperly made or something doesn't look correct on it or not fresh.. then something here is terribly wrong!! She remade the bowl and just slid it on the counter. No customer service skills like "hey ma'am sorry for your inconvenience" "sorry you had to drive back here" "I remade your bowl" "have a nice day" Cause I'm confused as to why you mad an I got bad food, I had to drive back, I spent my $9+ for what I was initially given. To come back and get your shitty attitude like I did something to you! It's always "us" An I know you gonna get a check regardless me, but Merry mf Christmas and today you sucked!
